我买了个这个night splint，只要20多刀:

我的理论：
AT,ATB,PF其实都有同一个问题：achilles tendon在stretch position(勾脚的位置)的
时候很舒服，但是如果把脚放松了太久(在AT收缩的位置睡觉)，一回到stretch
position,就把AT又撕裂了。所以办法是，让AT一直保持在stretch position.
所以night splint是可以帮助恢复AT和ATB的。
就我的ATB来说，以前每天早上起来的时候，都有一辈子再也不跑步的念头，前段时间
发展到了要4～5迈才能warmup的地步。现在早上起来基本没痛了，只要warmup 0.5~
1mile就基本活动开了。
不过穿着night splint睡觉很不舒服。你们如果想试试的话，建议买再贵点的。我这款
很不爽。

造大把大把的普制币，低价批发给币商(spot+$1.5)，币商一般是spot +$3左右, 把开

发帖数: 543 | 8 MINT 卖ATB 5 OZ，实际根apmex还有其他dealer 的根本就是从一个模子里面铸的，
MINT有 limit就是忽悠人买他mint的,但其他的一样的。道理很简单，做模子的钱只生
产1万多个就不值了。MINT又在不停得铸币，让dealers distribute.不信你买mint 1个
在买apmex一筒送去鉴定好了。都是MSxx,没有PF，PR的。所以我等时机要大吃几卷
dealer 的5oz ATB了 |

I had a set of 2010 ATB, didn't want to collect 2011, but like you said,
bought multiples of the first 2 since it's so cheap. Now want to collect the
other 3 if can get good price : )
seems gainesville doesn't have these ATBs.

eye relief。IS可以用来看，没法用来观察。图轻便我还有个Trailblazer 10x25 ATB
，比Monarch8x42差太远了，后悔买。 |

自从周六50K扭脚死撑了20迈之后,当然,这20迈里我的AT绝对是抽筋抽的死去活来的.
ATB已经连续3天不痛了.早上起来没有钻心的痛了,或者说根本就没痛. |

发帖数: 4921 | 18 除了崴脚的时候，我踝关节不痛。我现在都是肌腱痛，关节好像都还行。
Tarther跟HS4完全不是一类鞋，除了外形和颜色很像以外。
HS4的前后差距特别小，基本上是平底鞋，就这个把我的跟腱给折腾惨了。
Tarther跟Cumulus一样，有12mm的drop，对跟腱帮助挺大(小龙会有正好相反的意见)，
所以我现在是穿Tarther，替代Cumulus和Nimbus。Tarther只有Nimbus一半的重量，而
且价钱也能便宜个10多20块。
在Tarther vs Cumulus细微的区别上：
Tarther有点逼着你脚内侧着地(hate that)；Cumulus有点逼着你脚外侧着地(hate
that too.)

APMEX 真不错啊
Mailman just delivered my 5-oz ATB coins I ordered form APMEX. Inside, there
was a copy of the email they sent out to all customers that ordered explain
ing the new limit of one set. Also, there was a check in the package for the
refund. The front of the coin looks like a coster in my opinion, the back w
ith the NP design looks good though. Nice packaging job by APMEX. |

and some are worse, when you send them to coin graders, they will receive
different ratings, MS(mint state), PL or DMPL, it is a lot more difficult to
get DMPL and PL rating, current market seems to give little premiums for
PL/DMPL ATB coins, which I think is a big miss pricing as they are a lot
rarer to find, in long term it will be much better investment then MS coins
with same rating score. |
