2．耶稣的教导
耶稣对离婚的教导记在四处经文中，包括马太福音五章31至32节，十九章3至12节
；马可福音十章2至12节及路加福音十六章18节。第二、三两处经文所记载的是同一件
事。
环绕马太福音五章31至32节的上下文都是对律法的解释，在此是把法利赛人及文士
对律法的解释与耶稣对律法的解释相对照，耶稣用超越旧约法利赛人及文士的标准来讨
论杀人及仇恨、淫念及奸淫、恨与爱等问题（太五21-48）。耶稣知道律法上“又有话
说：‘人若休妻，就当给他休书。’”（太五31）但是他有新的看法，“只是我告诉你
们，凡休妻的，若不是为淫乱的缘故，就是叫她作淫妇了；人若娶这被休的妇人，也是
犯奸淫了。”(太五32)奸淫（原文为 moicheia）在这里是指一个已婚的人与配偶以外
的人出于自愿地交合。希腊文pas，以及单数的冠词，加上分词，是指“凡……者”，

一、结婚是一男一女之间的事；若男人同时有一个以上的妻子，女人有一个以上的
丈夫，都不合法1。
二、婚姻制度的设置乃为夫妻的互助2，按正道生儿养女，繁殖人类，增加教会圣洁
的后裔3，并防止污秽不洁4。
三、凡能用自己的判断而表同意的各等人都可以结婚5。但基督徒的本份是只当在主
里面结婚6。所以承认真正改革派宗教的人，不应与不信派，天主教徒，或其他拜偶像的
人结婚。敬虔的人不可借着与那些在生活上罪恶昭彰，或持守可诅异端的人结婚，而同
负一轭7。
四、不可在神言所禁止的血族或姻族的亲等内结婚8，此等乱伦的婚娶不能因人为的
律法，或双方的同意就成为夫妇同居的合法婚姻9。若鳏寡娶嫁，男人不可娶其妻之至近
的亲属，女人亦不可嫁其夫至亲近的亲属，正如男女不可娶嫁自己至近的亲属一样10。
五、婚约之后所犯的通奸或淫行，如在结婚之前被发见，清白者的一方乃有解除婚
约的正当理由11。结婚后犯奸淫，清白者一方可以提出离婚12，并于离婚之后，视犯罪
者一方如同已死，与他人结婚乃认为合法13。
