个人背景就不再啰嗦了，可以查看我昨天的帖子。简单说来就是半路出家的会计硕士，
学校一般，但是local也算是第三好吧。（周围牛校太多，木有办法）本来打算过几个
星期再整理面经的，忽然一想，说不定还有好些地方的MM们二面还没有开始呢！现在发
了，如果大家看到了有用的，对自己面试有帮助，我也会很开心的！本人还是在校学生
，12月毕业，个人觉得四大招entry-level的还是基本都是走的校园招聘，海投的只对
experienced-level有用。个人感觉，四大的entry-level应该还是看年龄的，毕竟是个
体力活儿，加班和出差是常有的事情，peak season 75hr/week都有，如果身体不好的
，有孩子的，或者年龄30+的，请慎重考虑跳坑。

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

本人背景如下：
Microbiology专业的master，在一家chemical公司的做过3年的chemist （R&D).目前在
一家医疗器械公司做production quality engineer。身份是H1b。
我要请教的问题主要是2个：
1）想做Quality Assurance and Regulatory需要怎样的素质和技能？我之前的R&D,
QUALITY的经验是否有帮助？
2）我了解到在北美，regulatory affair想入行比较困难。而目前本人所在公司规模很
小，所有regulatory的事务都由VP负责，我基本插不上手。

毒资产剥离，Ambac在过去3个交易日股价出现暴涨。
该股在周二下午最高上涨了8%，至2.43美元，较上周四的64美分的收盘价上涨了
280%以上。
该股周二成交十分踊跃，目前已有5亿以上股票易手。FactSet Research的数据显
示该股通常每周的成交量还不到7500万股。
该股周二盘中最高上涨了30%以上，但在摩根大通分析师称Ambac股票没有价值时，

摩根大通分析师Andrew Wessel在一份研究报告中表示，“Ambac当前的交易完全是
投机。”
