东亚IQ高，不代表你的高,当然也不代表我的高。真正出成绩的是那些outliers.
IQ高的种族，出相关outliers的就多。黑人容易受刺激，那个outliers就是暴力犯罪。
所以他犯罪的多，但不是说黑人都容易犯罪。Ashkenazim出的名人也是里面的outliers

不是所有Ashkenazim都IQ高。
