衣服，55刀的around-we-go，35刀的high chair，还有那次drugstore 20％ off...很
开心。
当然，我知道别的地方也有deal的消息，这些deal也不一定是最便宜的。但每天一个
email，不用到处找deal，deal好不好你自己可以衡量决定。这种方式对于疲于应付有
娃的日子的我，已经足够好了。
至于推荐费，我知道lz是好心想提醒大家。但你想啊，你不给做list的mm，amazon也不
会给你。本来推荐费就是为了鼓励大家推荐amazon的东西设置的。mm做list花时间精力
，这个钱又是商家给的，商家、做list的mm和我们大家是win-win-win，何乐而不为呢

无数人面临换工作，某知名律师以前也提过会帮助三哥推进这个法案.

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

发帖数: 15 | 16 先介绍一下我的概况：AMG-to-be(目前是闲得蛋疼的M4), top 20 US med school, 250
/260/pass, AOA, honored most clinical rotations,长期mitbbs潜水党. 我大学才来
美国，英语非母语，无论是在做rotation还是考step 2 cs的时候，都非常努力地琢磨
，有许多跟美国同学不同的感悟。我对CS案例的经验简单归结如下：
第一类是high yield的常见主诉，包括头痛，背痛，上腹痛，下腹痛，关节痛，咳嗽/
气短，胸痛，无力, 腹泻/血便等。以上这些主诉基本上是必考，在实际考试中至少会
出现4-5个。对于这些cases一定要对differential diagnosis熟得不能再熟。举个栗子
，对于头痛患者，在进门之前就应该在心里过一遍三大类：是常见头痛（偏头痛，
tension, cluster headache)还是较危险的头痛（giant cell arteritis, SAH/
