This high speed train has to run on the old rail. The US railway network was
already highly developed(there was even a computer game for that). before
China's first railway.
Chinese development strategy was to open market exchange with technology(ICE
, Shinkansen, TGV, Bombadier). But the high speed train techniques are
thoroughly dependent on many other manufacturing areas, IT & electronic

the Peace Corps in rural China, died Thursday.
Mr. Castle, who grew up in Brentwood, died at a Chinese hospital three days
