lead，老板喜欢，非常的arrogant。经常动不动就长长的email，解说他是如何的对，
甚至会写他自己很强之类的话。
一个小小的project，可以有很多种不同的implementation，按我说都是对的， 可是他
非要让他的方法写。在code review时甚至把他的code写在里面让我照抄。
在背后还向老板打小报告，说我不听他的话，不是team player， blah。
我自己呢也不是新手，做东西自然有自己的想法，谁愿意总是处处follow别人啊。 |

因为是self petition，美国同事觉得我NIW PL有arrogant之嫌，会比较tricky，因为
别人夸我可以，自夸用同样的词好像过分，他把“continuing my excellent research
" 改成"advanced research", 把"remarkable research"改成 "original research"。

发帖数: 787 | 45 不知从哪里得知这个妮可主演的电影，特意下载下来观看。舞台剧似的布景，将近三个
小时的长度，十分考验观影人的耐心。在没有任何了解的前提下看了电影，开头就介绍
了这部电影由一个前言和九章组成，我马上想到的是《布达佩斯大饭店》，可是结果还
是我图样图森破了。
同一个空间，近三个小时，话剧似的叙事，着实考验着演员们的演技，但是从另一个角
度上说，这种小说式的故事情节，似乎能够在这个电影中更好的展现。整个电影围绕着
来到狗镇的神秘人物grace和与狗镇居民之间的关系开展，这个过程中，导演对人性的
善良和丑陋（主要是丑陋）进行全方位立体式的展示，实在令人感叹。
grace是个善良，充满同情心的女人。初来狗镇，狗镇的居民用投票的方式决定接受
grace，那么对于正在逃难的grace自然非常感激，想要对居民们进行报答是人之常情，
期初人们并不认为自己需要grace的帮助和报答，在达成协议后，也就是在grace为每户
工作一小时的这段时间里，grace是获得报酬的，这时狗镇展现的是慷慨和大度。然而
，随着警察几次来寻人，连续粘贴grace的寻人启事，狗镇居民意识到自己给予grace的
