1. tbd (trial by declaration)，你的ticket上应该有instruction怎么做。大致是你
填一个表，然后解释你为啥认为你无罪。法庭收到以后会要求警察做同样的事情，如果
警察没交他的form，u win。对付警察开的条子，这一招有时候有效；
如果tbd你输了，或者你直接跳过tbd，你可以选：
2.1. plead guilty，上驾校。在ticket上应该直接有此选项，假设你18个月之内没有上
过驾校；
2. 出庭。先打电话或者上网定出庭日期，然后出庭。出庭是两次，第一次是arrangeme
nt，就是法官问你你plead guilty还是not guilty，guilty的话交钱上驾校，not guil
te的话安排的时间正是上庭，法官好通知警察。最后正式出庭见警察，同样如果警察不
出现，u win。如果出庭的话，开庭之前可能有调解但是我有点怀疑这边是不是一定有这
一步骤。我认为就算有的话减罚款或者减点是要高度有人品才能搞到的事情。最后是开
庭，到你的case了你blablabla，警察blabla，你问警察blabla，最后法官说 |

我开的倒是SUV, 刚一拐弯警察就跟上来了. 问题是我很有可能还会收到照像的单子.
警察还说要把两张单子一块带上, 避免被重复罚.

not that many ideas are practical or can make business sense. So still,
ideas or plans that are full of business sense still make a lot of sense and
make a difference - to make or break the deal. So, people still fight for
