1.民众对此的认识程度不一
国内长期居住者尤其是没有出过国，对居住环境习以为常后很多把smog当作正常现
象(很多人甚至连什么是smog都不知道)，这个道理跟自己的小孩长得多快自己有时
注意不到，别人反而看得更清楚无异。海归一般都在空气清新的发达国家居住过，
回去后(有些从飞机下降起)就下意识地发觉空气的变化，不免多几句牢骚。然而这
种抱怨很容易被国内民众嘲笑。讽刺的是最后笑不出的人里大部分还是国内的人，这
点见第二点。
2.民众对空气差带来的危害性普遍认知不足
空气污染成份大致有这几样：氮氧化物(NOx)，一氧化碳(CO)，不完全燃烧形成的碳
氢化合物(UHC or unburnt hydrocarbon)，碳颗粒(soot)，氧化硫(SOx)。至于灰尘
(自然现象哪里都有)，二氧化碳对身体没什么危害。直接致癌的是碳氢化合物的含
苯成分(aromatic hydrocarbon)和碳颗粒。简单说，癌症起因无非首先是人体造新
细胞时细胞里的染色体拷贝过程发生差错，接着出错的细胞没有被人体免疫系统识

我自己感覺好用。皮膚會細緻緊實很多。但是，這個世界是沒有一種靈丹妙藥可以讓人
用了之後不用節食不用運動只要坐等就會減肥的，所有真正有效的消脂霜都要運動才會
消脂，如果不運動，只會跟普通護膚霜一樣，給肌膚保濕補充水分和膠原蛋白，肌膚會
變好，但起不到消脂作用。
原理是這樣的：有氧運動才能燃燒脂肪大家都知道，有氧運動前15～20分鐘由肝醣原作
