共通点，都是非常聪明，名校本科出身
都走过弯路，现在40左右，承担重要职责
1. 事业上
二代走的弯路普遍短得多
二代接触的牛人多，可能从小就谦逊；唯一的弯路就是迷茫和反叛期
短暂尝试其他人生道路，走不通，很快就回到正常的路线了；
可能也有爹妈社会关系的助益
一代走的弯路就比较大了
有的拿了生物化学的研究生学位，去工作，不喜欢
又回去转行读书，找工作；年纪偏大，就业单位也不是太热门
2. 生活上
二代普遍结婚早，只要不是在一线大城市（NYC之类）飘着
回老家基本上25,6就跟大学同学结婚了
一代普遍离过婚，大概是事业过于折腾，配偶看不到希望的缘故
估计心里也很痛
3.后续发展
一代由于根红苗正，“自己人”，被提拔到VP之类高管职位几率大的多
