There are several component, and I would like to stress one, marketable
product or service. It is not only need to be any product or service, it
needs to be marketable -- satisfy a need for the customers.
While groupon may not have an earning model, and as such, it could have
limited value or growth as an independent entity, the idea is marketable --

friend include the k-1 froms llc in your personal returns?
Unearned revenue is arguably taxable, to be safe, book it as accounts
payable rather than unearned revenue / customer deposit.

又到了每个月赌美国就业数据的日子。
之前的亚洲交易日非常安静。前一天美国良好的新增失业数据还在各个市场消化。悉尼
利率市场一开盘已经被推高了几个基本点。SP期货也表现尚可。
亚洲以澳洲为先的利率市场,经历了较好的中国PMI，澳洲房地产数据等一系列利好消息
之后,却一直没能巩固走空的方向。一方面美国的飓风和政治（总统选举和伯南克的去
留）正成为推高利率的阻力，而另一方面德国央行行长对希腊的谈话，日本央行的失望
，挥之不去的对中国的担心，加上低迷的股市让各家投行交易员不敢轻易确立方向。毕
竟周五的就业数据和下周二的澳洲央行会议才是决定澳洲利率方向的重头。
我周一开始建立空仓，C行发出的飓风影响（短期影响被高估，中长期重建对GDP有利，

Arguably, the biggest catalyst for stocks comes on Friday, when the Labor
Department releases the jobs number.
This piece of economic data is fraught with troubles for the market. If
employment comes in much higher than expected the market could sell-off,
with investors fearing the Fed may take the foot off the gas, and begin to
withdraw at least some support. And if it's it's too low, the market could
sell-off on fears that the economy is too fragile to withstand sequestration.

you work there for 5 years and left, you only get your first year's match
share vested 60%, 2nd years vested 40% and 3rd years vested 20%. Majority
of the 401K match over the 5 years won't be at your hands.
I know that most company match 3% and it is vested entirely after 1 year.
Yes, in that case, you don't gain much from 401k match. All the potential
benefit is in tax, which is arguable.

Review: Around 10 reviews for 10 journals, 1 review for grant application,
technical committee member for
a conference in 2 years and have reviewed around 12-14 papers for them.
文章和review都处于有希望但是不是很强，所以需要花功夫。 现在我最纠结的是我本

come back haunting them in future, the chance of lying is low.
