看了下中国金牌数遥遥领先，但honorable mention这么多年一个都没有！
相反一些小国，没有金牌，但很多的honorable mention，像Austria，Argentina，
Bangladesh，Bosnia and Herzegovina. Colombia.
中国人能解题，但进一步的创新就没有了。 |

尤其是在20世纪六七十年代创造了举世瞩目的“经济奇迹”。在1967年到1973年间，巴
西的国内生产总值以年均11.5%的速度增长。与此同时，巴西的工业化取得了巨大的成
绩，巴西制造业以年均12.9%的速度增长。［1］在1980年，巴西的人均收入要高于当时
的香港、韩国、新加坡以及中国台湾地区。但是巴西的经济发展没有持续下去，进入20

This shouldn't surprise anyone who watched what happened to Argentina in
2001. Eventually the government is going to do this.
Democrats in the U.S. House have been conducting hearings on proposals to
confiscate workers’ personal retirement accounts — including 401(k)s and
IRAs — and convert them to accounts managed by the Social Security
Administration.
