仅就我自己的家乡说说，100%眼见的事实：
1：不缴农业税了。这个农民最有感触，说自从盘古开天地，不缴皇粮第一回。
2：九年义务教育落到实处。其实九年义务教育法早就颁布，在邓江时代就是没有真正
实行，胡把这个做好了。
3：开始实行合作医疗了。当初老邓废除老毛的农村赤脚医生制度，结果搞得农民看不
起病。现在，胡哥在农村医疗改善上有进步。
4：通了自来水。
5：农村修了水泥路。农民自筹50%，政府补贴50%。
6：电网改造，前几年就搞好了，几乎不拉闸停电了。
7：野生动物，如野兔，黄鼠狼，猫头鹰，喜鹊，各种各样的蛇，在村边田舍常见。说
明环境在改善。据说，开一枪，罚1000块。
8：私家小车我们村有好几辆了。
一句话，胡温政府在农民心中享有崇高威望。 |

TRAFFIC JUDGE维持原判的话，要比不上COURT直接交fine的多交钱？明天要见一个
county clerk讨论我ticket的
option. 听说是1）多交100多刀可hold record. 一年内不重犯，就消掉记录。2）上
COURT, 你赢了没事，输了还要交更多的钱加扣点。是这样的吗？求助建议明天怎么选
择？
我的case是 车里有car booster, 但警察看到时刚好没坐在上面。如果上COURT, 我会
说孩子一开始用了booster, 但后来滑掉了，我开车没留心到。请求考虑初犯取消
ticket. 我有booster在现场的照片。有多少胜算？

险吗？开始了吗？
我以后给父母申请绿卡时，是否要声明我有资金support他们呢？这样的话，他们到时
还能申请Medi-Cal吗? 我父母70多了，在我给他申请绿卡之前，可以申请其他的老人适
用的低价或免费医疗program吗？好像急诊总是可以看得，但要是慢性病怎么看呢？联
邦的Medicare能申请吗？看过前人的帖子，但没有确切答案。我的问题可能很多人都想

标 题: 帮忙看看我的车祸要索赔精神补偿吗？

上个月末在十字路口等红灯时被后面的车追尾，车上坐了两个2-3岁的小孩，一个孩子
受惊当场哭了。我怀孕28周。幸好没人受伤。我的车尾受伤评估可赔不到1000刀。现场
正好有个警察目睹，记录了全过程。还说事后有人疼痛再通知他。当天下午我感觉到有
几次宫缩，之后一周晚上都睡的不太好。三天后看医生，说胎儿没事。那个受惊的小孩
后来倒是总是拒绝上车坐car seat。现在好些了。这些情况我还没和警察报告。后来看
了事故报告才知道追尾的白人司机驾照之前就被吊销，当天还是酒后驾车。警察当场逮
捕了他，给了他几个违规code，没说我有任何责任。
现在想请教的是，像我这种情况，是否应该向对方保险公司索要精神补偿。精神补偿好
像很难鉴定。是否有必要请律师？有律师愿意接受我这样的小事故吗？有何其它建议？
