就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，

现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

我的背景简单如下：
1, 6 journal publications, ~15 conference abstracts, 写在一起当成authorship
claim了
2, citation 比较弱，〉20
3, review >30, 7 journals.
4, 6封推荐信，都是独立推荐人，分布比较广，几大洲都有
Claim了老三样， 有一个行业内部的Fellowship， 没敢单独claim,但是放在
contribution里说了，结果还是在noid里被纠出来狠批了，教训阿！！！
两步法，第一步，承认review, authorship, 不承认membership 和 contribution。
第二步（final merits analysis）,所有claim的都不承认，而且一条一条的批得血淋
淋的。

我平时穿 luna sandals (minimal footwear)跑步或者赤脚跑步。爬grand teton的时候穿la sportiva approach shoes 上下，背30磅。爬Mt. Meeker（via dreamweaver route)也是穿approach shoes, 背 28磅。
穿approach shoes的潜在问题有2个：
1）雪灌进去，鞋袜皆湿透
－天不冷的话不是问题，带一、俩双备用的袜子，或者用vapor barrier socks; 天冷的话脚冻坏了能要死要活的，还是穿waterproof boots 保险。
2)approach shoes or trail running shoes 鞋底刚性不够
－如果用绑式冰爪，爬WI3／AI3以上的难度可能比较困难。

呵呵，不想用这个标题，省得变成标题党~ 不过确实是一个需要总结的阶段。。加上今
年的剩余时间一直到明年初估计都没球打了，而且很快就会很忙，连上来跟大伙灌水的
机会也没了，估计这片也会是最后一片上班期间灌的长文:P。和大伙灌水很开心的，当
了板斧我也照灌不误。不过即便有什么言语上的冲突，其实也不是啥原则性问题，所以
包含则个，挨我封也莫记仇就是了~ 偶尔装装正经~~ :)
要说从去年夏天combo州赛结束开始，自我感觉确实进入了另一个阶段。也就是瓶颈从
比赛经验（心理？战术？呵呵）又回到了技术和体力上。最近怀孕5个多月了，体力根
本别提，移动更不可与从前相提并论，尤其是向前的移动。当然里面也有行动趋保守的
原因，尽量降低受伤害的几率，毕竟不能伤到宝宝嘛。这点我是和ob确认了的，她说以
前一直是这项运动就可以，到你自己感觉不舒服为止。昨天打完之后我确实想停止正式
比赛了，以后就游泳和瑜伽吧，呵呵
期间比赛的类型也从去年的单打为主改为双打为主。这里面除了我自己的选择，想要加
强网前节省体力，还有一个本地的规矩：一般初到者没人愿意和你配双打~呵呵，大部

向那个，我们做的drill叫figure 8，就是一个人dtl，一个人cc，我们目前做好了能做
20几个，目标是30个，好像就达到过一次，还是不记较是不是过了service line，如果
要求这个，能做10次就不错了。
我们还没有连approach，的确这个比较弱些，approach上网的人容易失误，接approach
打回去失误也多，因为为了起到练习作用，必须打准，比如她approach了，我lob她一
下，她够不到，就没有练习作用了。但是要我接她approach，还要能继续把球喂给她让
她能衔接到volley或者overhead，我控制没有那么好还。 |

点偏近，反手approach跑位需要有DTL的option在才更有威胁。第三个球你的slice
approach有些软， 我slice也要go for it, 另外这种情况我会DTL slice。第四个球，
你打了个非常深的moonball,应该马上上网，easy volley或overhead，如果失去了这个
时机，最好是拉开正手spacing打inside out FH。第五个球你第一下inside out
approach后就应该继续往前跑而不是停留在no mans land, 第二个approach肯定要rip
cross court。
这些都是事后诸葛亮的分析，不过最近我比赛中这类approach shot打得很多，大多数
跑位的决定是让我自己满意的。希望下个月招待野战军能够发挥出水平，呵呵。 |

公理系统可以有多种不同的approach。学过数学分析的人都知道，刻划实数的完备性有
好几个命题，把其中任何一个命题作为公理都可以等价地推导出其余几个。我在主贴提
到的把薛定谔方程作为公理的这种approach是我在一本几十年前的量子化学的书上面看
到的，应该是最初最原始的approach，和现在普遍使用的approach可能会有所不同。但
是无论使用哪种approach，本质上都是公理系统。 |
