I used it in two ways:
First:
\usepackage{appendix}
...
\appendix
\appendixpage
\addappheadtotoc
Second:
\usepackage{appendix}
...
\begin{appendices}[toc, page]
...
\end{appendices}
From the manual, both methods can provied an "Appendix" title page and a
reference in the table of contents, however, both mechods won't work.
The compile will stop at \appendixpage saying incorrect command in the first
mechod.
The second method shows nothing.
Anyone has used |

it changes the definition of \chappapp from "Chapter" to "Appendix"
and resets the chapter counter. In article.cls it resets the section
counter. (In either case resetting the counter means zero the counter
and switch to uppercase letters A, B, C, ...).
You'll need to tell us what document class you are using and whether
the \bibliography command or the "thebibliography" environment have
been modified to sort out why you get bot |

using the same counter as your chapter command. Are you sure you use the
correct command to generate appendix as instructed in the template? Normally
it will automatically reset the counter if it has a built-in appendix command.

status。因为如果是用AP入境，入境的时候海关会给一张新的I-94，上面写的是AOS（
有效期是一年），I-94是我们在美国合法身份的文件。换句话说一旦用AP入境，我们就
成了patrol status了。将来如果要延H1B，就拿不出有效的I-94了。
