呼呼的浪花拉花拉的响一晚上。碰到入室抢劫的，把人杀了往下一仍，什么都没有了就
。那种有海滩的house还凑合，可是要是刮风下雨，就特别的miserable。
按中国人的讲究，这么靠水的房子风水不好。不接地气。 |

买个2bedroom的appartment，40-50w左右的话
难度就不太大了
跟北京上海比比，这也算不错了
悉尼这种地方要一般的house也没啥优势
一个个挨那么进，也没什么院子
种点菜，还不够虫子吃的 |

share一个room就100/周/人左右（房间里上下铺）。
share一个house/appartment/unit/flat都是200多/周/人左右（只是住一个房间而已）
，给couple的更贵些。
租一套房子大概500澳元/周左右。
对于一个couple，一个小套房（1房1厨房1卫）足矣，为的是尽量不跟别人合租。如果
不想跟别人合租，大家都怎么租的房子？先找个地方住，去了之后再找更合适的吗？

only supplying elec, but no gas for cooking. And A lot of apartments from
Univ. are cheaper than other apartment companies.
If this guy wants universtiy housing, it must be better than other choices.

我感觉像楼主两口子这样的，来巴黎少不了失望。说说住房吧，现在巴黎市区除了几个
特黄金的区（4，6，7，8）之外，到处都是越来越脏，连我住的16区也是这样，可是传
统的富人区啊。这种脏主要表现在街道上，由于市内停车位少，所以市政府不负责任地
把相当一部分街道两旁改成停车位，因为总有车停在街上，垃圾工人也不好清理，久而
久之车底下的垃圾就多起来了。
市区内基本是没有独立的房子的，要住这样的只能到郊区。但郊区也只有西边、南边的
92省、91省还成，东北边93、94省移民太多，治安不行。巴黎的近郊房子都不好，坐
RER出圈就能看得到，大多是相邻得很近的，后院接着后院，房子挨着房子的，看着就
令人沮丧。要想住得好，还得走得更远一点，如78省凡尔赛附近，再要么77省枫凡白露
森林旁边的。有一个朋友家在那边，曾去过一次，感觉还不错，当时她要卖房子，问了
一下价，说是70万欧元，房子140平米，两层，房前屋后都有宽敞的院子，具体多少平
米就不知道了。我感觉不是很贵，只是离巴黎有点远（60多公里）。
非要住市区，也只有16区靠boulogne森林旁边的房子... 阅读全帖 |

我看过LZ的房子,是在woodland appartment,管理很整洁的小区,LZ所在的building是离
马路最远的,相对别的building更安静, 背后是个高尔夫球场. 那个building的
basement有extra storage和laundry,收拾的很干净,laundry的机器比我们看的另一个
building要新.另外室内的门窗地板什么的好像也比另一个building的新.这个小区的房
子是除铅的,也适合有6岁以下孩子的家庭.在我们最近看的几处房子里我们还满喜欢这
套房子的,只是我们baby要九月出生,犹豫半天还是觉得7月多搬家有点晚所以才pass了. |

房间是two-bedroom appartment里面的大房间，我是女生，室友是男生。房间明亮，通
风，queen size大床，书桌电视都有。家里有高速网络和普通的tv cable。坐落在一个
dead end里，很安静，房前有停车位。靠近waltham central square 附近，从家里走
到waltham central square只要5分钟或者更少。公共交通便利，可以乘坐70到central
square(cambridge),或者553，558到China town,或者commuter rail。
平时我的房租是$600+ utility。ask for $ 600,我来付utility。
比较倾向租给单身人士。

不知道你的合同怎么描述的房子,我看了一下我当年的房租的四个文件,其中一个
appartment condition statement应该是你说的那个,上面什么房东啥也没说.最后搬走
的时候房东也没扣security,我想如果不是比较大的破坏的话,应该无所谓.大不了你搬
进去的时候再看一遍,狂拍一堆照片.一家之言. |

老婆的办公室。把钥匙给了她。她告诉我一周之内应该收到deposit refund.
。那老头是死活不接电话，好在当初还要了她老婆的单位电话。(我知道这样不好，老
打她办公室，但是如果不是这个电话，我找谁说？）
