实在不理解, 通过Cry physically interaction 筛出来的CG8198，为什么就不能做一
点功能实验呢？
1，可以做CG8198的null mutation（CRISPR）， 然后重复Steven Reppert的nature装
置实验，证明MagR确实有功能。
2，Bloomington有现成的lacZ insertion mutant（w67c23 P{lacW}l(1)G0136G0136/
FM7c），纯和致死，但是至少可以看一下heterozygous下behavioural apparatus for
magnetosensitivity有没有变化。
3，即使CG8198纯和致死，可是Bloomington有现成的RNAi stock （BL#53909），自己
都不用做，拿来用elav－Gal4 driving in the nervous system，看一下behavior有没
有变化。
实验2，3大概一个月内即可完成。1麻烦点，三个月到半年肯定也够了。

monolayer（亚相要用pH2左右的盐酸或硝酸）就成了。这样做出来的硅片表面最为平滑
，比溶液组装法好太多了。这样的表面十分平整且是非极性的，虽然不像PTFE那么不沾
，但是效果也很好了。当然，如果你对表面粗糙度要求不高，可用这篇文献上的法子“

入呼出的速度太快了，4 second/cycle。而且这个flow的rate也是一直在变的。
想一步一步来，先做一个能测量准确的，然后再提高速度。我的问题是，怎样才能产生
一个稳定的gas flow，这个具体的flow-rate应该是可调的，但一旦调好，就是稳定的
，至少稳定维持个几秒钟。
有没有什么commerical apparatus，可以用来产生可调节气流的？即使流速比较大也没
有关系，因为可以把速度down-scale下来。如果不是太复杂，我也可以自己搭一个。
