The renting fee is around 600/month and the electric, gas and internet fees are shared. The room is in the crossing of Mission Dr and Las Tune in San Gabriel. 2. All stainless steel appliances and carpet are pretty new. (Apartment just
upgraded when I moved in 1.5 year ago.)
3. It's on the west side of lake Sammamish. Close to Redmond town center,
Microsoft and Crossroad etc., very convenient. Address is 4250 W LK SAMM
PKWY NE, Redmond WA 98052.
4. It's on the first floor, easy to move in and out.
5. On lake shore, very quiet and good community.
6. Build-in Washer and Dryer.
7. Big bathroom and two b |

swimming pool. Nice apartment complex, convinient location.

才定下来。结果，定下来的还不是从网上和apartemnt那本说上的，而是路过然后进去
看的一个。所以说，这个真的要自己看的，根据自己的承受能力和要求，反正是一份价
钱，一分货。

发帖数: 1675 | 12 去年我搬家找了个正经有执照的搬家公司，来干活的的是三个劳模，只是搬到2 bed
apartemnt而且没钢琴没冰箱没洗衣机没大型电器，就这,搬完后我看他们很辛苦就给了
不少小费（搬家费$300多，小费给了150），还给他们买了午饭和饮料，大家都是海外
人都不容易嘛。
结果也许是他们看俺太善良了，趁我不注意偷了1000块钱的东西，我只好报了警。
