这个和把PENSION改成401K其实一回事。
就是把公司的支出从随通胀调整改成固定支出，员工能享受福利的肯定大大降低。

今年爆发以前,跟AONE也没有什么两样.所以推荐AONE倒不是那么坏(虽然是错了).

A limit order allows you to guarantee that, if a trade is possible, you will
receive a specified price (limit price) or better. However, if there is too
much movement in the market, or the stock never reaches or surpasses the
limit price, a trade will not be executed. Thus, a limit order guarantees a
price or better, but not an execution.

首先，非常非常非常不同意6楼的最后一段！！！根据个人的经验，强趋势下，往往要N
次背离才能确认反转。最好配合其他指标，比如突破关键阻力/支撑，或者均线转向什
么的。顶背离的例子可以看看ANN，底背离的例子可以看看AONE，看背离了多少次才反
转（AONE到现在都没转过来。。。）
再来，用背离的时候一定要非常小心，因为背离是用来猜顶或者猜底，说白了是逆势操
作，吃鱼头的买卖，所以仓位要轻，动作要快，千万不能捂，否则会死得很惨（比如
short ANN或者long AONE）。。。
最后，有一种意见认为，在顶/底背离的情况下突破前高/低，是强趋势的象征，应该立
刻反手做多/空。这个有一定道理（仍然参见ANN和AONE），不过个人感觉也属于刀头舔
血的买卖，小心为上。 |

2， 中国的tightening是越来越大的concern。这次澳洲维持利率不变大大的出乎意料
。所有20个survey的经济学家都说要tighten。中央要控制bubble的决心还是很大的。
3， 所有当前经济数据都是好的。今天的房价是让市场松了一口气。当然，最重要的数
据还是周五的就业。周四也有一些数据要出来。
4， 今天2：30volker要听证。从现在的金融股价走势看，只要这老头不要再抛出新花
样，应该没事。如何剥离prop trading应该是主体，但是从技术上来讲也很难。所以，
总体来说，这次于花街的战役，预计不会很革命性的。
综上所述。综合还是看涨。避免小股，避免中国developer。
我的holding：上周五版上喊满仓。满仓了BAC,USO，AAPL，Aone和其他一些。aone是碰碰运气型。BAC是长期持有。USO是短中炒炒。apple是用来娱乐的。瞎搞搞。不过我还是很看好未来ipad领导出版业的画面。哈利波特里的那种传媒方式就要成为现实了。呵呵。我还从来没有买过如何apple的东西 |

2）
a. Limit是限价，比如你定10刀，当单子是买单的时候只有当股价小于等于10的时候才
会买，当单子是卖单的时候只有当股价大于等于10的时候才会卖。
b. Market是市价。就是按照当前的Bid和Ask的价格来操作，卖单走Bid的价格，买单走
Ask的价格。这两个价格都是在随时变化的
c. Stop market是止损（赢）价位，比如你设定10刀，卖单是当股价跌到10的时候，按
market价位卖掉，买单是当股价涨到10的时候，按market价位购买。
d. Stop limit和stop market类似，都是股价到达你设定的那个价位的时候会生效，生
效的是你定的limit的价格的单子。
e. T-stop%是trailing stop %。这个略微复杂一点，trailing是跟着股价走的。假设
你是卖单，设了个t-stop 5%的单子，当前股价是100，那么设定单子的那一刻，stop的
位置是当前股价的95%，即95。假如股价一直单调上涨到200，你的stop也随着上涨到

计数器是必须的，而且要针对高耦合数据优化。
我一直都主张能scale out，尽量scale out。遗憾的是这个计数器不能。一旦scale
out，通信开销会立刻kill掉所有性能。从另外的角度讲，多核何尝不是一种scale out
，只不过QPI bus性能高么！为啥拘泥于形式呢？
因此，我有信心这个架构不但能土共最优性能，还能提供最简单的结构和最灵活的扩展。
比如你说的尽量避免换座，或者一家人希望订四张票，如果不够四张就不订的情况，如
果还有要求座位挨着的，这些都能很容易scale out。
事实上，避免换座已经充分讨论过。实时分配座位，换座不可避免，但是能实时最优化。
