有人记得2003年1月在I95高速Fairfield段的车祸吗，一群耶鲁棒球队和橄榄球队的学
生从纽约开车回New Haven，在结冰的路段和一辆失控的卡车拖车相撞，三个学生当场
死亡，重伤的六个学生中又有一个次日不治而亡。当时学校取消了一切体育活动，全校
默哀，管本科生的校长说白头人送黑头人尤其伤心，这些都是风华正茂的最优秀的孩子。
上周末，车祸幸存者之一的Brett Smith在学校教堂Battell Chapel做了个演讲，他刚
刚毕业。他车祸后大脑受损，跟不上耶鲁的学业，就先去一个community college读书

As long as those Chinese did not do anything illegal, it will be fine.
Just hire a good lawyer. If FBI or CIA made mistakes during the
investigation, they can counter sue them. I know there may be politics
involved but court system in US is neutral. Remember the Lee Wenhe case?

”（ISIS）的一名成员宣称，该组织正筹划在纽约发动袭击，而其目标是未来让该组织
旗帜在白宫上空飘荡。
“如果情况允许的话，我们很快就会在纽约发动恐怖袭击。”这名自称法拉赫·希雷顿
的加拿大人通过视频对外界说，“很多兄弟正在那里进行活动。”他还断定美国的武装
分子势必发动一场猛烈的袭击。

当然不能，因为那将是犯罪行为，是人身侵犯。那能够把你拽出椅子吗？也一样不能，
因为那也是人身侵犯，与剁掉旅客的手脚只是程度不同。到处都是说airline can do
anything，是美联航的公关洗地 propaganda。
然而，根据航管局的规定，airline 可以 remove 旅客，不能动手怎么 remove？
呵呵，这就是航空业界，旅客，与监管三方博弈 挖的一个坑。
旅客人身不被侵犯不被伤害的权利，要远远高于airline 拿掉旅客座位的权利。航管局
