有“拿不出事实，才拿出锤子”的高论。这些评论都是基于对方舟子的相信，基于他们
质朴的正义感。只不过，他们无法想象，人可以无耻到什么地步。肖传国没有拿出事实
吗？和鸣的信里有基本的陈述，亦明的文章也有精确的考证，肖传国自己，也早就拿出

保险公司这头：
我的保险公司告诉我他们一分钱都没有给对面关于body injury，接到我的电话之后他
们才第一次知道对面injure了。GEICO的人说会给我安排律师来处理这个case，尽量把
款额压到30,000刀，就是我的liability以内。暂时告诉我我并不需要做什么。
我Lease车的公司这头：
打了好几个电话，他们都在踢皮球不管这事。最后一个电话那个人态度非常不好说他们
不管，说as long as you have insurance, they can not sue us.然后一直重复这句
话，所以我也没办法，只能作罢，如果他们被告了，不日他们也将收到法院的传票，到
时候再说。
法院这头：
没打通，没问到我要多久之前anwser这个case。
所以我想请教一下：
我确定还是要请律师吗？还是说再等等看？说不定保险公司能和对方调解撤诉？

Second question: Yes,you should use the corrected amount on the IRS notice.

cases, so i guess it's too hard to anwser questions like 是否有严重影响.
and questions like 第一个H1B结束后多久会发 all depend on your specific
employer, some will report it the next day, while others may never do it.
getting some irresponsible answers here may give you false confidence or
mislead you.
personally, for things as important as GC for a family, i wouldn't believe 还
有一种说法 or any 说法, unless it's from lawyers with some references |
