Sorry not be able to respond earlier, I have been busy recently.
Unfortunately the store does not offer free delievery to all the areas.
Definitely no free delievery to San Diego or even other state.(Sorry the
store is in Oakland, CA) Most likely, they do not have free delievery to
Davis, Antioch, Elk Grove. I will double check on this. I also need to check
with Jim about San Raman and Pleasonton area.

Jim (store owner) just called me. The price is $5900 with $300 mail-in
rebate. The mail-in rebate will arrive in 10-12 weeks.
If there are less than 5stairs, there is no extra delievery fee.
If there are between 5 to 15 staires, there is extra $40 delievery fee.
If there are between 15 to 30 staires, there is extra $80 delievery fee.
There is $25 delievery charges for people that live in Pleasonton, San Ramon
and Dubin.

人为主，老人住在那里可能比较难受。
如果有MID-400‘S， 我更推荐SAN RAMON的一个老年退休的社区。因为HOA对住户的年
龄限制（必须有一位〉55岁的住户），符合条件的BUYER比较少，所以SFH的价格一直和
CONDO/TOWNHOUSE差不多。HOA大概是$30/month. 地理位置离DUBLIN的大华也不算远。
大部分的老人喜欢人多地地方。如果预算不购，可以考虑华人较多地区的TOWNHOUSE/
CONDO。因为不考虑学校，选择有很多。不同的预算可以选择不同的地区。

是HOA有这个年龄限制，所以没绿卡或公民限制。其实房子也容许出租，但同样对租客
游年龄限制（至少有一位〉55）。去年我还看过HOA的文件，现在不记得具体细节了。
AGENT也不能帮客户阅读/解释HOA的条款，避免LAWSUIT。 |
