以前跑过的地方大多不往我的证件上盖章，现在每天拿着大把的别人护照，有时候会发现
一些非常有趣的签章，跟大家念叨念叨。
有一头牛人，加国出生，美国护照，常住法国，跑来要求去西藏玩耍，等给他安排好行程
，就把护照留下来办签证。那护照厚得，跟毛主席语录似的，签证、出入境章盖得花花绿
绿，可就是没有中国签证，还是土人。
他的护照上有一页上的章是一群四大一小的企鹅，很是特别，下面两个大圆章，一个是
PORT LOCKROY, BRITISH ANTARCTIC TERRITORY,章的中间是考察站的建筑外形，另一个是
PALMER STATION, ANTARCTICA 中间是南极洲的略图，底下是经纬度。
旁边一页上的两个章看着象是波兰的考察站，一个章是两大一小企鹅加背后三角形冰山，
另一个好像是纪念什么人的，章的外圈不清楚，中心是一大胡子猛男头像。
最特别的是SEYCHELLES塞舌尔，那个章的形状也许是想表现热带岛屿上的果实，但是两个
不规则的椭圆合在一起，中间的夹缝还有一个倒三角，怎么看怎么象穿着超小内裤的大PG |

地方只有走路才能到达。TDP常常被认为是远足者的天堂。公园内最著名的一条环形远
足路线长约150公里，一般需要7到10天完成。大多数人只走其中呈W形的一段，大约需
要4天。我们本来的计划是在来的第一天去Glacier Grey看冰川，然后第二天徒步几个
小时；但是因为头一天车子出了很多状况，基本哪儿也没去，我们只好争取在公园这唯
一的一天里多去几个地方。

大约于两千万年到四千万年间，南极大陆和美洲大陆分离，形成今天宽约800公里的德
雷克海峡。这一变化不但使南极大陆与其它大陆板块完全独立开来，而且使南半球的洋
流可以不受陆地阻挡，形成闭合的环流。南极绕极流的存在，阻碍了较温暖的海水接近
南极，保证了南极的寒冷。来自热带的温暖海水与南极的寒冷海水汇合的地方被称作南

away the ice sheets much faster than warmer air alone, and this interaction

质粒先内切酶处理，然后胶回收，取出5微升，得到sample 1.
然后用New England的Antarctic Phosphatase处理半个小时，取出5微升，得到sample
2.
然后65度5分钟灭活，取出5微升，得到sample 3.
电泳发现sample 1和2都有DNA条带，很明亮，sample 2稍弱，但是sample 3就啥都没有
了，连很弱的条带都没有。有TX知道这是什么问题吗？ |
