不锈钢的锅炒菜有时候把握不好容易糊锅粘底。用油不少。
对于各种铝锅不感冒，虽然表面有hard anodized那一层，还是不放心。
所以支持买个大铁锅，cast iron大铁锅，搪瓷锅，不用担心乱七八糟的腐蚀划痕等等
，推荐lodge，便宜好用，唯一的缺点是太沉了... |
