一周以前收到CBR的邮件，说从今年开始长成150。
代理说，虽然我当时是说18年每年125，但是你的合同里没有说lock the rate. 我没有
办法。
我找到当年的合同，在小字上面一行写的是 Annual storage fee $125 annual fee
maintain ........
在第二行，另一段 Payments plans are available. Please contact your CBR

打电话过去，那边就开始踢皮球。manager解决的办法是你再签18年的合同 年费150，
我们加上lock the rate. Pricing的人说，你可以refer别人，拿refer费用。

你三个月 25%, 你 annualized (1+0.25) 4 次方 减1 就是 144.14%. 牛死了吧.
如果超过一年, annualized 回来比较有说服力.
前面 time weighted rate of return 可以对任何阶段做, 然后根据时间再做

report.
一个三年的项目，去年7.1开始，所以第一个budget period今年6.30结束。
官方规定（NSF 17-1, p.88）：
"annual project reports should be submitted electronically no later than 90

ays prior to the end of the current budget period to allow adequate time for
the cognizant Program Officer to review and approve the report"
所以应该3.31以前交annual report？
“the report is considered due during the 90 day period. The report
becomes overdue the day after the 90 day period ends.”

1.是不是有的花同一个花也分perennial和annual 的？昨天买了个ranunculus, 写的是
perennial, 然后比较贵10块钱一盆，但是开的特别好看，忍不住报了两盆。看着旁边
的一个摊，竟然只要5块钱一盆，就是盆小些，就小农也报了两盆，结果悲剧了。回家
才看到标签写的ranunculus annual bulb,这同样的一种花还这样有分是常年生的或是
一年生的？我还以为这难道不是因为是花种类本身的特性常年或是1年？
2. 这个1年生的，到底是个什么概念？ 比如一些菊花类的感觉大部分都是些的annual,
但是我看着一些山坡上中的一些灌木类的，都是年年开花呀。比如calendula金盏菊这

两年生的（如水稻）。
Ranuculus是植物的一个属，有几百个物种，有些物种是一年生，有些是两年生，有些
是多年生。

是不是就是和blue cash一样是按开卡的月份算，而不是按calendar 1-12月那样算？
也就是说如果我是7月出的第一个statement,那么每年的5月将会是annual的最后一个月
spending，是吧？

如果转卡，虽然你已经没有卡了，但是你还在aa club里，按照他们的policy，大概需
要两个月处理。你还要付两个月的annual fee。这个annual fee 差不多两个月refund,
那时候会扣掉两个月的annual fee and interest. |

孩子以后，跟family doctor make appointment，要求做身体检查（annual physical
）。见到医生以后，医生检查了耳鼻喉心肺啥的，跟我说都挺正常，问我还有没有什么
别的questions/concern，我想了想，只有生了孩子以后后背/腰有时候有些疼(lower
back pain)，医生说，要多锻炼，做yoga/pilate会有帮助。
3个月之后收到账单$150，本来annual physical应该保险是100% cover的，结果发现诊
所是按照regular office visit收费的，理由是我和医生谈了我的back pain。我想请
问大家，这个是正常的吗？如果真是这样，以后annual physical要特别注意了。 |

2010 Annual BBQ on June 12th in the Bay area
Dear BMU/PKU-HSC Alumni,
Please come and join us for the BMU [PKU-HSC] 2010 Annual Summer BBQ on
Saturday June 12th. This is the second year we are hosting this annual event
. It was a big success last year. We had over 70 alumni coming from all over
the Bay area. Many participants have got to know each other and turned to
