同学们下次去东京玩我推荐住Daiyichi(第一) hotel annex。大概3.5星，travelocity
上开价也就１５０美元不到。设施服务都不错。地段超级好，在JR新桥车站旁，到银座
，筑地鱼市场都是步行距离（可以早起去看拍卖金枪鱼）。紧挨着还有宝冢剧团，大排
挡之类晚上消遣的地方。我可以公费住公司边上的酒店的，但是，为了玩的方便，自费

最近有人(MMs)问额, 啥是GMP. 这个问题真还不好回答, 因为额也不是太清楚. 不过就
额对这个的观察, 其实也很简单, 一大堆的regulation下面, 基本的问题就那几个:
从哪里来？到哪里去？要去干啥？ 还有，有没有白纸黑字的证据。
那额有空就来白虎几句， 就当给本版拉客。 也当是个砖头，来引引高人的玉。
啥是GMP？ 虽然额有点流氓，这个不是good masturb.. practice。。。。。
GMP, good manufacture practice. 对咱有啥好处？ 业内人士可以有更多的工作机会
， 业外人士可以吃到放心药， 好处大大的。。。。可是， 这个有点像富人的玩具，
穷人根本玩不起。 在GMP的名义下， 百尔八千不是钱， 米算个毛毛雨，B才能干点像
样的。

GMP的目的是quality. 就是没有减少产品质量的varation. 比如说一对小俩口,高高兴

production, 那它的gmp的实施就是个art work, 就好比一个女娃娃,发育的啥时候, 该
表现出啥特征. 十三能织素, 十四学裁衣, 十五弹箜篌, 十六诵诗书,十七为君妇, 凹
凹复突突. 说白了其实就是与时俱进. 当一个产品还在proof of concept的时候, GMP
跟本不是concern, 如果这时候花钱搞gmp, 就是败家. GMP应用,其实是在开始做first-
in-man(FIM) trial的时候， 毕竟开始搞人了， 不能乱搞。 当然，control在搞动物
的时候其实已经开始了，preclinical GLP, 畜牲当然要享受高点的待遇。 不过GLP的
scope和GMP
相比，是沧海一粟， 无非是GLP study 人员结构， 样品采集分析， 数据储存，方法
报告撰写等等。。

Management 的 commitment要彻底, 要纯, 要狠, 才能作出漂亮干净的事情. 想当年贺
老总两把菜刀闹革命, 毛润之蹬着草鞋上井岗, 就是这个理. 要是身在操营心在汉,
最后啥都干不成. 有了决心, 还得有行动纲领. 每一个GMP org, 都有一个最高的行
动大纲, quality sytem manual (or some other name), 在这个大纲里, 规划gmp 的
骨架结构和行动, 列出下一级的reference document, 比如你要做design control, 找
哪个文件, 你要做materal control, 找哪个文件. 这就好比天地会, 总堂主, 下设青
木堂, 香木堂(?).... 各有分工.
