至于你说全球化的winner和loser呢，我觉得你犯了阶级分析的老错误:winner不全是
business，globlal business是winner,loacal business是loser，比如local的超市，
商店，他们怎么全球化，特别是在美国中产消费能力下降的情况，这些business就是
loser.非常讽刺的是，没戏百货本来是其中一员，偏要装比和trump对着干，现在生意
每况愈下，关店裁员。 劳动者总体是loser,但劳动者不只是蓝领，白领也一样。比如
玛工，如果没有外包竞争，现在普遍年薪再多个50%估计没啥问题。

这个你去看看心理医生就知道了，我不能再继续be the better person了，那样会继续
hurt me internally。医生说，我必须让anger出来，而且切断一切联系。正面自己所
有的委屈，生气，发泄出来。
我这个人很隐忍。当时发生的所有事情我都扛着，做好人，当作没发生，最后总爆发，
离婚了。
离婚后才开始正面自己的需要，自己的anger。
如果这时候还让我继续说好话，我做不到。
离婚的时候，我还是让他把钱都拿走了。
你还让我说他好话，是不让我活了。
我没说他坏话，说的都是真实的发生。
我可没说我走出来了。
我离婚后生活好很多，也恋爱了。
但是恨他，估计医生说得两年时间。
想我不恨他是不可能的，就是我再婚了，我还是继续鄙视这个人。
move on不是说当作没发生，而是我的生活过好了，他不再控制我了而已。 |

网络上是祥林嫂，总比生活里跟人家说好。
这，你说是ex教会我仇恨，那是你的definition。
心理医生说，这是正面对待你的anger。这是疗伤一部分。
我这个人性格很隐忍，所以所有的reaction都是滞后的。
婚内的极端事件发生，大大小小累积到我无法再take的时候，我才总爆发，所以是历时
很多年的事情，我都压着，争不过，我就当没发生，继续照顾他一切的一切。最后，爆
发，离婚。
我的anger也是滞后的。这个在心理学上不少见。
离婚当时没什么。
生气，在后来才表达出来。
医生说，我需要2年。2年以后，悔恨，anger也被发泄的差不多了，就走出来了。
另外说一句，就拿着配偶不敢离婚，就为非作歹的人，别嚣张。别人不是不爆发，等到
对方总爆发的时候，你们的婚姻也到头了，没回头路走。
这世上karma是存在的。没什么一辈子骑着一个人那回事。是个人总会觉悟的。 |

我们主要能够做的，有以下几点。当然还是没有杜绝此类事件发生的，我相信坚持下去
会有效果的。
1. 学会情绪表达，用语言表述自己生气了。如果她哪次表达了：我生气了。我们会马
上表扬她，然后告诉他生气是可以的，生气是正常的，每个人都可以生气。 2. 生气了
怎么办，深呼吸。这个自己要做模范，自己生气的时候，让孩子也提醒自己深呼吸。深
呼吸是Anger management里面很重要的一环。所以，一定要坚持这个教育方式。现在我
要是生气我家孩子能够教育我“妈妈深呼吸”，但是她自己还不太会用。 3. 如果有打
人的念头怎么办，马上离开现场， （比如离开妈妈）。 4. 如果哪次孩子解决好了这
个问题，Positive的Reinforcement，表扬，这个比孩子打人了Time Out的效果好。 5.
实在想打，那么就打沙发等，打人绝对是错误的。 6. 等孩子长大点，如果非常愤怒

1）我有社交恐惧症，不敢人前发言。
2）对游行是否合适，不置可否。
3）对李春燕博士的某段内容不认同。
但是，李春燕博士能站出来面对镜头，用不标准英语大声抗议的勇气令人折服，为这个
，大妈们得赞！
另外这次所谓主流媒体集体失声其实就是说明一个长期存在的道理：种族的融合只有在
不断的斗争中进行，而斗争除了偶然为之的抗议游行外，就是日常生活的努力工作带好
孩子，多生娃，争取经济控制权政治投票权。为有自己代言人，为收买代言人努力。李
嘉诚来了的话大不了以后把ABC买下来。这样的人来不了就培养我们自己的！
想漂白自己英文再溜，吃再多的沙拉，读再多的英文诗也是到“谁是自己人”的时候，
被人拒之门外。在民主政治下，斗争可以偶尔明朗化，更多时候是润物细无声。
