我们是用小鼠胚胎的软骨和骨头染色的protocol。染软骨的话只用Alcian Blue即可。
最后胚胎用BABB处理就会变得透明。BABB危险，而且会腐蚀显微镜，使用时要小心。很
多动物的胚胎都可以用类似的方法染骨头（红色）和软骨（蓝色）：鼠，龟，蛇，鸡，
鱼，蜥蜴，变色龙，蝙蝠。。。而且都很漂亮！

with that neurosurgeon. It's all about the risk and benefit.
For the patient with possible increased ICP, sudden drop of the ICP from
losing CSF can cause intracranial herniation and death. That's a well
documented risk, and we all know it. I know the spinal needle is small, but
the risk of CSF leak is still there.

request an epidural record from the hospital. Usually the test dose is
mandatory. If you had symptoms at that time and he still proceeded with
higher epidural anesthetics, or if he skipped test dose, either of them was
a negligence from my point of view. Consult a lawyer before you take any
action. Plus, the anesthesiologist should not have asked your husband out.

complications like post dural headache. The problem with this case was that
after wet tap, even if the patient has obvious symptoms, the anestheiologist
still continued to inject epidural dose of anesthetics, usually 10 times
higher than spinal dose, which can cause high spinal and even heart collpase
. There is a strict protocol to prevent this from happening, very rarely.

some chance at winning the suit or obtaining a settlement. But still
depends on what did the anesthesiologist do AFTER the epidural placement. Ie
, not an open and shut case like some suggested here.

the difference because the localization for Gamma knife may be different.
Topical anesthetics could be beneficial besides oral medicines. |
