了自行化的需求。反炮兵雷达的出现使得这一需求更为迫切，反迫击炮雷达重量轻，易
于前线分队携带，迫击炮射程近，被定位后，很容易遭到对方加榴炮的压制而没有还手
之力。
自行迫击炮早已有之，不过多为装甲车内或尾后携带一门迫击炮，射击方式与传统迫击
炮一样，是典型的车+炮=车炮的第一代自行火炮的结构。使用炮塔，自动/半自动装弹
和后座装置等的真正自行火炮意义上的自行迫击炮始于苏联为空降兵开发的2S9自行迫
榴炮，于80年代初装备部队。随后这个品种发展越来越快。
自行迫击炮还是继承了传统迫击炮的很多特点，比如作为步兵战术分队的压制火力使用
，以大角度射击为主（但也可以平射），低膛压，使用类似迫击炮弹的发射药结构等。
这类炮的炮塔结构简单，重量轻，价格便宜，适合改装各种轻型装甲车辆。加上各种新
型弹药的出现，使他们成为一种很实用的武器，与不断发展的其他炮兵武器一起，极大
地恶化了坦克步兵组成的近距离作战部队的生存条件。

据的，按标准方法算出来的。而且每个开支都有不同层面的 audit 。这个方向是不容
易挑毛病的。
分析一个马桶盖花一万，它的 cost structure基本就是 qualification （
certification, verification, approvals）（$9000？) + parts (plus repair
inventory)+ overhead ($1000？)。大头在 qualification，这里面有工会的因素、也
有 regulations 的因素 （ military/FAA/AMS standards & specifications, DWG
callout special requirements, etc) 。要改变不是不可以，需要利益不相关的专家
和局外人如DJT 推动监督，才有可能大幅度减少 regulations，价格才能降下来 |

(2) MR is NOT a journal in the regular sense. It is more like an indexing/

反正所有申请材料都是在这一个网站上，点击一下，用不了1分钟就提交了。
其实，还有许多学校不在mathjobs.org上打广告，而是在eims.ams.org,
HigherEdJobs, 还有Chronicle of Higher Education 上打广告。
EIMS上的还好点，但是后面这俩网站上的广告teaching school居多，很多
我根本就没听说过的学校，也是我孤陋寡闻。 而且很讨厌的是他们要求去他们
自己的网站填表，交材料，还要推荐人Email推荐信。 |

一年几百个到顶了。
我前几天看AMS notice，上面有这几年美国大学数学系招人的统计数据。全美所有
大学加起来，每年才有700多个tenure track位置，其中有PhD program的系总共
才招不到300个。
生物和化学比数学系市场应该更差吧？至少数学系还要教全校的数学课啊。 |
