我很土的,iPod/iPad/laptop。。。不好意思。ipod/ipad我有加LOD; amplifier我
用fiio E9,E7。E7也能当解码器用,可以绕过计算机的声卡。E9 spec号称可以达到
600ohm,hd600没问题 。我dt880是600ohm的,觉得有点推不动。声音一直没堡出来的
感觉。
我还有个耳塞想问问值不值得。

Oh, regarding that the output power of an EDFA can never exceed a certain
Pmax. Why is that? I checked the commercial specs of many non-AGC EDFA products,
they do have a parameter called "output saturated power", but its definition is
the output power when the amplifier gain drops to a half of the small signal
gain.It by no means implies that it's the upper bound of the amplifier output
power, according to my understanding.

在肿瘤组织中,证据确实比较少,但也有,参见

2. 看了你的所有帖子,感觉你的观点其实就是clonal evolution.但是我觉得你把
clonal selection和CSC绝对对立了.在肿瘤起始阶段,clonal evolution当然是起作用
的,足够的一系列突变导致某个细胞被彻底恶性转化,这个被转化的肿瘤起始细胞可以认
为是肿瘤的始祖,可能是CSC,也可能不是.如果该起始细胞是CSC,那么它就会发生self-
renewal和differentiation;在CSC self-renewal中,如果对称分裂,那么CSC就开始

You need to understand how Illumina seq works. Two ends of the
library molecule anneal to two oligos on the slide, forming
a bridge, and a PCR is performed in situ to amplify this molecule
into a cluster. The efficiency and consistence of cluster forming
is limited by the size of the insert, you can't have very long
product (>1kb)
classical pair-ends are generated directly from short inserts
usually less than 1kb, so no special library preparation method is

you can amplify DNA/RNA but not proteins. That's the key issue. If someone
can come up with a way to amplify proteins, s/he will be very rich.
High throughput: you can do thousands of MALDI-TOF in one day.
sensitivity: MRM constantly detect compounds with low atto-molar
concentration.
Quantitation: a handful of ways to do that. But you've gotta respect the
chemistry. For DNA/RNA, you only have a few different n.a. while for
proteins, you have 20 a.a.

Agree.
It is not that easy as some people thought to amplify a promoter sequence by
PCR, especially with a low quality template. Lots of high GC repeats and
complex higher order structure. You might even get trouble to sequence it
after you amplify the sequence.

我觉得算一点,但不是最重要的。
核算可以amplify,但是如果蛋白可以给你足够量的样本,也不需要amplify。
我觉得MS还是有些问题不能很好的解决。比如DNA/RNA fragmentation可以通过机械作
用/离子等作用等来尽可能的“随机”打断DNA/RNA来保证coverage的均一性。但是MS就
必须用酶来在特定位点来消化。
而且现在很多DNA/RNA测序为了解决扩增带来的bias,好多测序方法都是amplification
-free的。
不过我又仔细想了一下你这个amplification还可以理解为测序过程中的互补配对边合
成边测序,这样的话这个amplification是决定性的,在illumina、PacBio等测序方法
中。
但是oxford nanopore, ion torrent在测序过程不需要利用这个互补配对合成的过程,
当然后者的library prep中可能还是要用到。所以oxford Nanopore是完全和
amplification无关的。
所以关键还是ATCG四种信号相对简单易测,加上各种修饰也还好。蛋白几十种氨基酸加

actually takes broadcast signals and demodulates it and amplifies
it. Next time this happens, try turn on a radio, (try AM first,
as it's the most likely source), and you will probably find the
station playing the same tune as your "sleeping" speakers. :-)

这不是好不好的问题,是能不能的问题。
有能drive both capacitive and resistive load的运放,但是成本高,设计复杂。如
果只是需要drive capacitive load的话,很多简单的opamp就可以了。可大部分简单的
opamp却不能drive resistive load,原因前面已经有人基本解释了。Maily gain and
output current issues.
OTA 根opamp 从严格的定义来说,是有区别的,就像前面有人指出的。但是在IC
design 领域,区别根本不严格,常常互用。opamp, amplifier, OTA may mean same
thing.
As for the stability when drive capacitive load, it really depends on the
location of dominate pole of amplifier. If it is at output, more capacitance

不过我是模拟设电路计师,不是EDA界的人,也不喜欢写程序.其实EDA很有商业前途的,尤
其适合咱们中国哥们干.不信你到硅谷EDA公司看看.
对了,如果你仅是一个设计师(也许不大好),你想保住工作.如果你是一个好的设计师,工
作会找你(也许不是现在).下一个境界应该是创造工作了.话扯远啦.
其实模拟电路,在下以为:Bandgap, PLL, ADC/DAC, that is all.不包括RF部分.
其基本部分就是amplifier, 其实你只要会做Folded-cascode OTA, gain-boosting
Folded-cascode OTA, class-AB amplifier (including rail-to-rail),pipeline ADC
, delta-sigma ADC, self-biased PLL, fractional-N PLL, 你就是大拿(只少我认为).
其实pipeline ADC 的关键也是OTA.
你能否开发程序, 能够Integtate到 Cadence tool 里(用SKILL),我只要画好电路,程序
能够根据要求定出
