返钱给你。我问了我TITLE COMPANY，好像也说是这样操作的。
3，APPRAISAL FEE和TITLE FEE应该没有这么高的价格吧？APPRAISAL FEE一般450，然
后TITLE FEE你可以找以前旧TITLE COMPANY做，一般有优惠，我旧的TITLE COMPANY给
出来的价格是1300.不过每个州规定不一样，你仔细问清楚好了。
当然，我的REFIANCE还没有最后CLOSE，等着最后给出来的数据，我的AGENT告诉我自付
金额应该不会超过1000，如果超过这个数目，我就不CLOSED了，嘿嘿。 |

少6千。 agent的意思是让我少借6千，他除了closing cost不要我出，另外多给我200

我的理解是，相当于我多付3个月的月供。 我不知道这里面有什么讲究。

我的理解是，我这种情况就是工资乘以统一税率，基本不会发生税额不够，
在state income tax W-4表里的additional amount you want deducted from each

relatively cheap states, many people are way more conversative on the amount
of money they want to put on the house. The reason is buying a house is

the limit involves a floor(sqrt(n)) operation, while the second one
does not.
