事情是这样的：
有人硬送了我一堆Karen Millen的衣服。没一件合适，我也完全不喜欢这些style。 数
数标签正好1000，估计是那个人故意凑的。我很讨厌这种浪费的做法，也不想领这个情
，本来打算全退了捐给animal shelter，但是没有receipt不给退，只给换，连退成
gift card都不行。就算我把衣服号码换对了估计也是压箱子。

In my experence, some compounds with amine show a bit tailing or broading,
not double peaks, due to the non-specific interaction of the amine group to
the silicon beads. Transitions between amine forms are too fast to be
captured by UV or MS. I never used LC-MS before, but I had some experience
with compounds with amine show decent peak shape in HPLC with UV detection
even without any modifier.

我已经说了以前一直用Tris Buffer
这次不能用
因为要用阳离子交换柱，Tris有干扰
跟你说的crosslink有干扰相似又不尽然
（只有做primary amine基团的crosslinking才不能用Tris，crosslink不限于光做
primary
amine基团）
另外Glutathione Agarose不止sigma和GE两家
就像我原帖说的
我用的Thermo的(原Pierce)

找工作算告一段落了，这一个多月从版上学到了很多，非常感谢大家，也分享点儿自己
的情况。本人cs fresh phd，投了F和G，准备主要是leetcode，做了50题左右，还有就
是板上的面经。强烈推荐leetcode，特别是对于准备时间有限的同学，基本覆盖了各式
各样的题。虽然最后面试没遇到做过的coding题，但基本都差不多。
0. 给定一个双向链表，以及一个数组。数组里存着一部分链表节点的指针。问数组里
的指针们指向的节点在双向列表中可以分成几个连续的blocks。接着问如果是单向链表
怎么做。算法复杂度分别是什么。

solution using EDC/NHS activation or just EDC activation.
Its protocol did work well for polymer microbead-COOH and amine-protein
linking. But it seems not working if I change microbead-COOH to micelle-COOH.
I do see people using maleimide-PEG-Phosphilipid to react with thiolated
protein.

free amine, will DCC cleave the fmoc group from the fmoc-protected amino
acid? For example DCC:Fmoc-aminoacid:free amine=3:1:1. Thanks a lot! |
