2006年拿到车牌到现在，第一次车祸，很不爽， 而且不是自己开车，是坐别人的车
还是一个没有考车牌的人，只有learning permit
很懊悔
在一个路口，黄灯有那么十来二十米就亮了，因为她开车很慢，我就说停下来吧。
谁知道停了没几秒，就被一个车从后面狠狠地撞了一下。
当时觉得没什么，但应该是脑袋搁了车座一下，到现在两个多小时了一直都有点晕
报了警，出了report，但打算过两天考完期末有需要才去看医生
但现在比较难集中精力复习。只想哭。不知道为什么觉得好委屈。

talked about 911. If it was not emergency for ambulance--the you or your
mother might be biilled for ambulance or hospital stay--police off couse
would not get involved in a civil matter. That is, the bus driver did not
assult your mother INTENTIONALLY, did he? It was an accident, which would go
to a civil court.

Yao murdered other people's life and he has to face the consequence. In
Chinese and many other country, there is death penalty for such crimes. I

至于警察，交警的制服，大家可以从此注意一下，绝对是英文处主导地位。
我不反对有英文标识。但是在中国，所有的设施都应该用中文标识，其他文字都只能处

如果平时每次他都是送到门口，那么这次送到门口就没问题了。
BUS又不是AMBULANCE，没有义务送客人进屋。
再回头说，一个八十多岁的老人，还有钱（保险）管她做透析，这么冷的天还有专门的
小巴送她来回，已经是这个医疗制度最大的受益者之一了。
的小巴，专门接送病人去医院的。在元旦夜，把一个80岁的老妇人（她每周必须去医院
洗肾）撂在家门口走了，当时气温是零下10几度。而老妇人的老公因为老婆没有准时回
家，以为又是公交司机忘了去接人了（据说这事常发生），就开车去医院了。等他回到
家，那老妇人已经冻了半个小时，只好又送医院了。没两天死在医院。
个事责任很清楚，那死者的老公也就希望司机能收到一个小的惩罚，没有要求金钱赔偿
。但是那律师牙尖嘴利的，把司机的责任撇的一干二净。主持人，和闲人都没办法，都
说不过着律师。最后律师来个总结发言,“这是个悲剧，但是司机完美地例行了他的义
务，遵守了所有的规章制度，把病人送到了家门口。没有任何指引要求把病人送进家里
。如果要谴责什么人的话，我们可以问为什么没有人在家？为什么死者自己不带钥匙？

不过火警训练是每年都要的。
火警响了，第一就是关门，每个门都是防火防烟的。医院的人员配置不可能做到搬离病
人。因为火警一响，就不能用电梯。现在的病人，至少1/3是不能自己走的。很多都是
完全卧床的。我们一般是6个病人一个护士，8-12个病人一个护工，能照顾独立行走的
病人走就不错了。完全卧床的病人走防火通道那是不可能的，除非是FIREFIGHTER来背
。所以只能按POLICY来做。
当然大部分是假火警。但是真要是本楼层着火了，估计只能是照顾能行动的病人逃离，
抢救剩下的病人只能是消防员的工作了。
平常把一个不能行动的病人从CART移动到床上都要4个人。你怎么抢救。
除了关门，碰到突发的火灾，所有的医院POLICY都是R〉A〉C〉E
