概谈了，没能到非常detail
跟自己的老板也说了，他强烈要求留下，但是如果我真的要走，也support
目前我已经申请，在等新部门正式offer，工资，工作地点会换（但还算近）
现在老板人还算有底线，但是人没什么大志，而且比较emotional，经常的罪人，说话
很冲，自视甚高
我不是他招进来的，他还是偏好他自己招的一个人。基本上我也是觉得现在这个位子没
什么前途了，所以决定走
新的位子算promotion，会带一个小team（口头交流，没有正式书面承诺）
现在几个知情人，包括我老板都对那边的vp feedback不好，主要是几点，1.)不给
direction，high ambiguity 2.）非常tough，会yell on you。 3.） 新部门的
business会比较tough，但是也是市场热点
现在的部门相对稳定，但是没前途，而且长期也说不准是不是真稳定
现在部门的director 要求我留，但是给的职位没什么诚意，不太有前途

(1) 本质上是变成AOS了，体现在
（a） I=94上是AOS或者Parolee
(b) 485 denial会导致OOS
(2) 有其特殊的地方，体现在如果你还用 H为原来的雇主工作，不被认为是非法工作；
并且这个已经严格来说没有了的h身份，还阴魂不散就如同还有一样可以正常地
transfer和extend. |

next time, make sure your session is a free "consultation" at the very
beginning. don't argue for it after the matter.
a lesson learned here is, leave uncertainty out of the door, never be
