这个版学到了许多。
两年前自费出来读 Master，其实就是为了在国外镀个金。家里不算富有，跟大部分出
国的人一样。父母平时省吃俭用，拿出家里大半的积蓄准备供我读书。出来的时候身上
带了五千美元，家里每月通过建行boa给我转两千，就这样过了几个月，等到熟悉这边
的生活之后，突然发现周围很多人在打工。我室友在第二学期去找老师做本科生的
grader，另外一个朋友也在学校里做起了兼职。向父母要钱的日子总不好过，虽然每次
要钱都难以开口，但他们从来没有半点犹豫，第二天就把钱转了过来。那段时间也一直
在想自己能做些什么减轻父母的负担，我期望的是，最好能cover我平时的生活费，那
些类似中餐馆打工送外卖的工作是不会考虑的，性价比太低了。曾经想过炒股票，因为
我周围同学有炒股的，但赚的不多，耗费精力太大，况且本金少的话基本没的玩。也想

给这个账户，单独一个邮箱，用国内老父的名字开的账户，自己的账户只拿来做主力消
费，总算还好。
前天笔记本挂了，闲着无聊给amazon写了100字的申诉信要求把主力的消费账户给解放
。竟然真的给放出来了。。。。。。。
好多人给我email, 我没有我的信了。所以你可以自己写。
情况是这样的，我因为performance不好，太多人退货，08年的时候主力seller账户被
关了，没有诈骗和据不退款。 然后申诉了几次没用，期间不断重开，但是关联的超强
，只要mac, ip, 姓名，地址，信用卡。。。。。只要一不小心关联了，就被关掉。后
来没办法，主力账户平时只能拿来买东西了
后来解决方案是，单独买了一个笔记本，用的sprint的pay-as-you-go的usb上网卡，这
个卡去amazon只用一个最细的账户，其他amazon账户email一盖不用，平时这个电脑上
amazon只用一个email账户,从来不去amazon买东西，只用来list东西，地址是租的邮箱

正好去FLG。
Amazon的主要问题就是Retail的margin太低，确实开不出好的福利，所以大家容易
turnover，然后turnover又造成oncall的load特重。其实Facebook，Google的也有
oncall，不过由于人员稳定些，系统的bug修好了，所以load不是那么重，然后公司的
福利又好，大家就不complain，形成正循环。这是为啥Amazon的oncall complain特多
，而其他online company的oncall complain较少的原因。
另外提提amazon的技术，amazon的很多business logic的code确实质量不高，但是
amazon的整个platform和dev resource水平是相当相当相当的高（请原谅我用了3个相
当），amazon有这些东西：
