发帖数: 324 | 1 今年８月底，刚申请了５％citi cashreturn信用卡，想挣点小钱。就去 Amazon网站买
了两张１００GC. 由于等了好久都还没受到，我就到我的账号你去点resend, 不错过
了没多久，就受到了。从此噩梦开始。
卖了第一个code给网上一个buyer,结果告诉我是redeemed. 这个急呀。我几乎就从未从
amazon买过东西，更没用过GC。查了查信，发现又收到了好几个 amazon发来的code.
就又给这个buyer发去，还好这回可以redeem，心想这回总算没事了，其实才开了个头
。buyer没有立刻用这１００blance. 过了几天，buyer告诉我redeemed１００不能用。
头大了。赶紧和amazon联系，结果告诉我，要查这个GC需要买家打给他们。买家去联系
，也还是解决不了，说是账户里是有１００，可以买东西，但实际上跟本不行。我立刻
就给买家退钱了，他配合我和amazon argue. 就这样我和买家给amazon至少打了十几个
电话，根本就无法解决。这期间我又陆续受到了１５个从amazon发来的所谓的code。我
跟amazon说，你们的GC系统太烂了 |

。没问出个响来，今天终于知道原因了。
安排了onsite在kansas city，俺从学校开车要3个小时，跟他们要了个rental car。可
是回复说不能自己租，只能让amazon的HR通过amazon自己的travel agency给租。心想
这也罢。到了下午去national取车，租车公司直接跟俺说，我们没车。日，不知道这事
情多大概率发生一次。让俺碰桑了，于是耐心的继续问amazon的agency，人家回复说，
这不可能！后来莫了半个小时后，给换到avis。然后avis的人说，Amazon不cover你的
accident insurance。你得自己出。再次无语，又电话agency，回复说，you are
assumed to have your own insurance. 你要保险得跟你的project manager申请。
What a fuck!这你妈比中国政府还低效呢。

从一个用户的角度。AMAZON一个是不便宜，一个是东西没保证。网上图片看着非常漂亮
，实物往往很差，比方衣服啊鞋啊什么的。
后来用ZULILY，就好很多。贴的都是选过的非常好看的。实物绝对比照片更漂亮质地更
好。感觉网站一个个事先挑过了保证质量。问题是比较满，定了货至少两个星期才拿到
。但是我还是喜欢ZULILY，放心，而且名牌货卖的巨便宜。
AMAZON 又要做大，又要快，自然质量没保证。比方买鞋吧，一搜出来一万个，哪有时
间一个个挑？好容易挑中的，买来一看又是照片好质地很差的。
有牌子，质量有保障的吧，AMAZON价格没优势。我经常能在LOCAL店掏到比AMAZON便宜
很多的大白菜。
所以我觉得AMAZON快死了一点不奇怪。CEO一心做大，大未必好，像ZULILY 做的小而精
才有竞争力。
至于云啊啥的，我不懂，但是我觉得AMAZON不算技术大牛吧。有什么是AMAZON能干
GOOGLE，MICROSOFT 不能干的呢？
卖东西不行了，AMAZON 也就是下一个 EBAY。 |

只是想说明，在本版混的各位化学化工生物的phd同学，在国内应该混的也不算差，人
