Jobs其实就一推销员，salesman
Jobs成功的主要原因是
在22岁的时候(1976)，把Woz开发的Apple I卖出了200部
每部666美元，因此创收13万余美元（当时1美元可以顶现在好几美元）
这笔钱是其后续发展的原始资本
我比较神奇的是，他们做卖的第一部Apple I
其实除了那个木壳，其他所有的东西都是买来的
都是大公司开发的，他们只不过组装了一下而已
为什么，当时卖这些芯片的公司没有想到整一台电脑出来卖？
同一时间，Bill Gates也从无线电爱好者杂志上买来一台Altair电脑
并且开发出一些程序
为什么这些大机构
会给Gates、Woz这些无线电爱好者打败了？

of the Nerds，建议可以搞来看看。大公司搞创新往往是出奇的慢，主要靠技术壁垒吃
饭。microprocessor的出现使这个壁垒一下降得很低，业余爱好者也可进入。而搞开发
效率要比到大公司高很多。
IBM开发IBM PC时就没故意让公司里搞大型机，小型机的专家们参加，而是采用硅谷文
化建了一个专门小组，图快不用IBM自己的芯片而用off the shelf芯片原件和OS（也因
此成就了intel， microsoft）。IBM在1975年就出过5100 (IBM PC刚出来时还叫
IBM5150),
但是太贵, 卖$8000, 而PC的sweet spot价位是$2000. AppleII比5100好还便宜，你说
大家买谁的？
PaulAllen和Gates当时连Altiar 8800都没买（shipping order 60天，来不及）。
PaulAllen 用哈佛的PDP-10模拟的intel 8080芯片。开始Paul给MITS打电话时连BASIC

gates之所以能拿到订单，因为他妈认识IBM老总。
IBM当时不重视PC，而且大公司效率低，如果自己写操作系统，恐怕得20
人team写个一年才能搞定，不如outsource给其他公司节约成本。但是IBM
犯了一个致命错误，就是outsource之后，没有把版权也买了，而只是选择
按unit支付版税，因为最初PC销售量很小很小，可能IBM觉着按unit支付版税
比较划算。结果gates拿IBM的钱，开发了一代又一代的DOS，最后成为最流
行的操作系统。IBM发现不对头的时候，已经晚了，后来IBM亡羊补牢搞了个
自主版权的OS/2系统与DOS竞争，结果惨败。那个年代的IBM确实是昏招迭出，
差点就嗝屁了，幸亏louis gerstner这个大牛来IBM当CEO，果断让IBM迅速
转型成为IT服务公司，避免了IBM破产的命运。 |

监听的人打了一个电话，中情局就能定位到他具体在哪里，然后再跟踪他的行迹，找到
了这个房子。
2.为什么等了半年多？因为先要排查，确定是拉登，不然杀进去发现杀错了不是天大的
丑闻？第二Team Six还要准备，不是说今天知道本拉登在哪里，明天就一票人吗冲进去
拿人，为了准备进攻这个房子，专门修了一栋一模一样的房子，让被选中的20多个Team
Six的成员反复操练，以保证万无一失。杀个本拉登容易，杀本拉登之前的寻找，计划
，训练，那才是天量的工作量，无数的人力物力。
要做到不被巴基斯坦军方在行动以前发现，不要拉登逃脱或者引爆炸弹，而且还要把所
有的人员带回来，把俘虏和档案，材料，硬盘都打包带回来，这个计划，准备和训练，
起码要1，2个月的时间。加上前面的排查，侦查，还有军方层层上报，到最后奥巴马拍
板批准行动这些行政手续，以及调好时间，现在是春天，要是冬天气候不好，不利于行
动，或者当天暴雨狂风，也不行，最后要等个半年才出动杀人很正常。
