美国这边wedding都是大事情，所以大家都非常正经地准备，有好多wedding planner在
书店出
售。基本上所有的书上都是提醒你要提前9个月订购婚纱，在theknot.com上注册会收到
一些很有价
值的信息。
本人正式采购之前做了很多research，在网上看了大量的婚纱，主要的婚纱品牌包括
vera wang，
Monique Lhuillier，Pronovias,oscar de la Renta，Priscilla of Boston等等，
把
选中的款式记一下，然后从他们的网站上联系local点，book appointment，到了时候
去看实物就
可以了，最好不要有太大的思维定势，穿上身看效果可能跟想象的完全不同。大力推荐

原件一旦alteration了往往就不是那个味儿了。。。很难改到自己非常满意的程度
即时当时跟裁缝沟通的很好他给你pin得很好 等拿到改完的往往就不那么满意
这个楼主亲身体会 发生过不止一、两次 实在是很郁闷 所以后来就慢慢不看designer
的衣服了
总之觉得zara算是定位非常明确又稳当的一个牌子了
不然也不会从不做任何广告还能被那么多人追逐抢购

美国是五十年前某组织大力推行kc好处论的结果
这么说，比如消除了睾丸癌1%发病率，但是提高了骨癌by 3%，关节癌，提高心血管
病 1%-2%，和大大提高了肥胖症几率。这是好处么，不说对狗狗心里和一生的影响，缺
乏攻击性和少动并不是狗狗的“快乐”为之
最大的“好处”是控制狗的发情和滥交，这个确实是最大的好处，控制狗的数量。但这
对狗本身是真正地“好处”吗

是mind/thought altering必须的.
需要转变他人思想,原本的价值观,世界观,而试图灌输的新体系缺少hard data 来支持(

这样的反复,让被转化对象感到inadequate,guilt,unworthiness,这样动摇被转化对象
自信,对原本的思想体系的坚持被削弱,也就是JDJ常说的把刚硬的心"谦卑"下来.这样,
旧的被削弱,新的才好建立.

过佛教轮回说的，至多可能在电视里或者什么地方听过轮回投胎这些词。当时看了还记
了笔记，不过，现在很多想法都变了。这2年，心路历程/对世界的认识，变化还挺多的
，感觉在一个TRANSFORMATION的过程中。
当时的笔记：

I understand that it's not a normal conscious state, and it takes long term
practice to really know what it is. At this stage though, I have a question
on how it's perceived by our bodies.
Everything we know/think/feel/perceive/... is not an abstract concept that
exists by itself, but through the perception of our bodies. It's somewhat
similar to the Quantum Mechanics in that the observer is needed to observe,
but it also changes the thing to be observed.

the 70's or maybe till now, some people used meditation as an alternative to
drugs to reach that trance state with bliss, but I don't see much value in
that.
