你提到“会死能灭”，里面有些说的就是灵魂（可以脱离肉体的东西）。所以你并没有
反对灵魂的存在，你们所反对的是不会死的灵魂，说白了就是反对地狱对人的灵魂永恒
的折磨的可能。

我们可以从马可福音一章35节，耶稣身上学: 「次日早晨，天未亮的时候，耶稣起来，
到旷野地方去，在那里祷告。」从马可福音一章21-34节看到耶稣讲道、赶鬼又医病，
一天中服事很忙。为什么第二天要那么早起来祷告， 不好好休息呢？我相信一方面耶
稣爱父神， 要与父神亲近；另外一个原因，就是要从父神支取力量， 应付又一天繁忙
的服事。由此，我学到早上祷告与神亲近的秘诀，也养成了每天早晨灵修的习惯。那是
我与神亲近的宝贵时刻，也是每天力量的泉源。
怎么灵修呢？
最好每天可以选一段时间，十几分钟或三十分钟，跟神亲近。我喜欢是早上。因为早上
