鼻涕， 眼泪， 然后嗓子， 耳朵， 鼻子， 眼睛发痒。 大概春夏的时候发作的。 多
发作于早上刚起床。 去看医生，什么都没检查就告诉我是allergy， 吃点Benadryl,
Clariton 什么的就行了。 说是我对花粉过敏。 虽然我相信了医生是allergy， 可是
并不太相信自己对花粉什么的过敏。
去年春夏， 很幸运， 没什么allergy症状， 有一点点而已。 以为身体抵抗力好了。
今年因为怀孕的原因， 怀孕最后几周， 晚上上厕所非常频繁。 一般11:30-12点睡下
。 2,3点钟肯定要起来上厕所。 其实室内温度不冷不热， 可是上完厕所回来，
allergy症状就来了。 感觉虽然不冷， 但是似乎皮肤受到了刺激， 就开始流鼻涕不止
。 然后眼睛什么的也开始发痒。 早上起床也是眼泪一把， 鼻涕一把的。 可是好像还
是没办法根花粉什么的联系起来， 因为在室内室外， 没有任何感觉轻重的差别。
想想当年我妈妈， 30几岁的时候， 有那么几年， 早上一起床， 她就开始打喷嚏，

感恩节出游前嗓眼发痒，前后看了2个general doctor说是allergy，然后吃药一段时间
并未痊愈。
后感恩出游，开始严重，药吃完了没带够，后来居然一天突然呼吸困难。
回来不知何病，误打误撞说先去看allergy specialist，前后看了三次，做了skin
test，结果是对20多种东西过敏包括树和粉尘。医生要求打针，持续三年。
从来不是过敏体质，一直喜欢户外运动。只是这半年没运动，压力过大。
很奇怪为何突然在冬季得病，症状与花粉过敏完全不同。医生说是身体好，免疫力过强
。但很怀疑自己身体状况不好。
如果有人知晓休斯敦值得推荐allergy医生，请告知。谢谢！ |

他说你的保险非常好，做allergy test只需要付first $225,剩下的费用的10%。这样算
下来，也就是不到$300.
我了个去！太贵了！！！！！
各位行家看管，觉得是不是也太贵了。做allergy test不值得。

fellowship的program.不过现在的5个fellow都是peds,因为我们这里虽然有名额给IM可
是没有funding.我已经和PD谈了，他说你如果能让我们的chairman给我们funding的话
，我们可以要你。其实funding是困扰allergy fellowship的一个大问题。主要是没有
procedure.我们这里的2个adult allergist一个是我的attending,一个是我的adviser,
跟他们都很熟，估计LOR没有问题。rotation主要就是在门诊，病人主要是asthma,
rhinitis,urticaria...总的来说不是很忙。可以说allergist的life style很不错。有
时也会去看儿科的病人，感觉儿科的医生真的是很有耐心，他们一般是让我看10岁以上
，他们知道对婴幼儿我没啥经验。这期间还看了2个resident,有个是food allergy对虾
有严重的反应，可是他女朋友特别爱吃虾，可是因为他不能吃，她也就不吃了，他想知

一年多时间就够了，你主要看的病人也都是allergy,immunology的病人大部分都refer
到academic center.毕业后如果不太愿意看儿科病人，也可以只看成人了，或者加个年
龄的限制。我以前去一个私人的allergy clinic,平均每天12-15病人，年收入20-25k。
主要收入来源还是allergy shots.大家interview时都信誓旦旦的要走academic,可毕了
业大部分还是去private了。即便是那些top-notched的program.没办法，大家基本都是
向"钱"看。 |

每年一到这个时候，就会莫名其妙地进入亚健康状况。鼻子流鼻涕，眼睛发痒，怎么揉
还是痒，喉咙酸痛，好像得了感冒一样。最要命的是打喷嚏，打起来没完没了，停不下
来。眼睛，鼻子整天都是酸酸的，
以前来美国的时候听人讲，生活超过5年就有很多人会染上敏感症，我一度不以为然，
以为自己在中国久经考验，美国这些花花草草算不了什么。现在看来，这种说法是有根
据的，我现在在美国生活已经超过11年，前几年有一点敏感不太在意，这几年敏感不断
加重，今年已经到了快受不了的程度，明年大概要进入Medication了。
据美国研究人员调查，那些出生在国外、随后定居美国超过10年的居民患湿疹、花粉过
敏的可能性比来美居住不到两年的居民高5至6倍。我以前看那些早年来的华人都有过敏
症状，我现在春，秋两季都会过敏，看来这个研究不虚。
只是真不知道这个过敏症是怎么引起，又是怎么慢慢恶化的？春天有花粉，秋天应该没
有了吧，怎么还是过敏？美国的植物是不少，但我们中国南方植物，鲜花更茂盛，为何
不会过敏？莫非美国的植物会散发出特殊的化学物质？我脑海中有一连串的问题。

* histamine
* cat
* dog
* feathers
* grasses (bermuda)
* molds (alternaria)
* trees (elm mix, birch)
* dust
* pollen
主要症状就是从鼻子堵塞开始，咽喉肿痛，睡觉不好，全身疲劳，办公室里全身感觉冷
，脚特别冷，常年感冒症状。上个冬季几乎一直是感冒症状，最后是忍的收不了，看了
PCP医生，给同时开了抗生素+flonase喷鼻子药，发现过去7，8年来从来没有那么舒服
过，听了喷鼻子药第二天有回到的状态对比，才明白了是严重过敏。现在喷flonase效
果很好。
5年前去找了当时PCP推荐，看的同一个过敏医，当时测试结果仅仅是花粉过敏。开了要
nasonex不顶用。后来去找个ENT医生，说是鼻子气流不畅，最终折腾一下，做了鼻腔通
气手术，手术之前的医生说法基本上手术一做，基本上把鼻子阻塞问题能根治。做得创
伤似乎很严重，鼻子血不拉及，在家里忍了三天之后才稍微好。结果发现没有多大提高。
