reduction and alkylation will help a lot as well. But sample prep itself is
a big deal for maldi. My suggestion is just to simply mix peptide standards
together. Enough for 3 hours undergrad course.

没有用重水quench过，不过这是个好方法。
反应后主要是原料没有反应完，但是如果反应温度高的话，选择性很差，会到N上去。 |

如果回收的就是原料，估计就是拔氢不彻底或者是底物反应比较慢。。。 |

候diisopropylamine里面有杂质。 |

I think that steric effect is a major reason as you have a big aromatic
group AND a bulky alkyl group neighboring to the leaving group.
Proposed solutions:
1.Try lithium exchange to attack 4-X butylnitrile (X=I,Br,OTs etc);
2.Refer to Buchwald's Tetrahdron review paper to identify a specific
bidendate ligand that may work for you.

就是消耗氧气，不如做degass，这样homocoupling就很容易抑制了；我觉得你的体系位
阻是个重要原因，但是不一定是最关键的，都知道吡啶难做coupling，应该是N和Pd容
易配位生成complex抑制beta位置反应；亲核反应不行，你其他取代基团是alkyl，只有
有吸电子才容易进行， |
