发帖数: 405 | 1 鱼油是以omega-3 fatty acids (ALA, DHA, EPA)为主要成分的supplement，以上有些
人说的就是维他命A 和 D是不正确的，但也不排除某些品牌把维他命A和D添加在鱼油里
面。鱼油属于人体必需脂肪酸，就是说人体自己不能合成的，但是又对大脑发育，心血
管健康等等，有很高的营养价值的脂肪酸。
我们日常的食品好像不能提供足够的omega-3，尤其是喜欢吃肉吃蛋吃米饭吃面包吃油
炸食品的人，这就是医生为什么要推荐鱼油的真正原因。推荐给儿童是因为儿童大脑还
处于发育期，这个阶段非常需要omega-3来帮助某些大脑物质的合成。至于有些医生不
推荐鱼油，首先我想要质疑的是这些个儿医是否真正懂营养学，其次他的推荐是否鉴于
他对病人的饮食结构有个基本的了解。

丫头今年三岁4个月。开始大批量地给她讲故事是从2岁半开始。目前，一周读12本，两
周后去图书馆换另外12本。累计超过300本。

先说说Eric Carle的书。我是孩子喜欢他的书才去查了一下这个作者，才知道他是个非
常有名的童书作家。
Eric的书非常适合这个年龄段的孩子。
我给丫头讲过了42本Eric的书。丫头有30本左右是能自己读下来。
说说这个作者书的特点
1：图画大而鲜明，你会发现孩子的观察力是何其的强大
2：句型简单重复性强，所以孩子能掌握很多句型，同时不会影响孩子对图像的观察。

速度流失，两年之后刚好归零。。。
上市公司在前景愈加险恶，并且没有丝毫好转迹象的情况下开始第一轮增发融资，那么
基本上还会有第二轮，第三轮的。除非它在一年之内企稳回升。第二轮可能就是5块钱
，第三轮3块，这之后是proxy vote for reverse split，vote之前股价会下到7毛钱。
然后最终如果挺的过去的话，r/s上20，重头再来。。挺不过去的话，早盘破产消息公
布，暴跌百分之五十到达三毛钱。然后一轮死猫跳到7毛钱，再被甩下3毛。3毛到两毛
之间平盘一年，之后官司正式打完，delist。这之后再过两年，某一天突然出现一个代
号叫作jcpcp之类的股票，ipo三十五块。
不知为何目前中期看好，是否应该等到此股revenue 回升 on q/q basis，亏钱减少才
能算数。
要么此股压力极大。short盘的借口是你还会有第二轮增发，在更低的价钱。因此直接
把你short下去。虽然不会第二天就出现。 |

，EAD审理的时候把你这个已经拿走，485的IO只好和你再要一份了，班上好多这种类似
的情况，而且ALA律师已经给移民局写信抱怨这种情况了，好像无济于事。老老实实再
交一份复印节，过几天你的485 就批准了，记得到时给俺多发几个包子，码这么多字不

本人NIW批准在排队中。在MITBBS上感觉对移民改革讨论得不多，似乎是一件跟中国人
没啥关系的事情。有人认为移改是为非法移民度身订造的，就目前排队的一万多人来说真
是和1千多万非移没法相提并论，不过很显然，无论过去还是现在都不可能出现一千多
万合法非法的亚裔移民的情况的，所以，很奇怪为什么现在的EB2为啥不是很关注这趟
移改直通车，都能走EB1A吗？那还叫EB1A吗？现在的移改形势似乎趋于明朗，也略呈乐
观，估计非移公民之路绝了，但是身份可以合法，倒是即给共和党在西裔人前卖了好，
还坏了民主党票仓的大计，而民主党也没有铁定的理由完全否定共和党的做法，毕竟移
民法律的现状是崩坏的，美国经济复苏，用人在即，不能不算现实的压力。来自保守派
的势力很强，要保饭碗，谁都不想别人来抢饭碗，但是这个理由也不是很站得住脚，国

本人NIW批准在排队中。在MITBBS上感觉对移民改革讨论得不多，似乎是一件跟中国人
没啥关系的事情。有人认为移改是为非法移民度身订造的，就目前排队的一万多人来说真
是和1千多万非移没法相提并论，不过很显然，无论过去还是现在都不可能出现一千多
万合法非法的亚裔移民的情况的，所以，很奇怪为什么现在的EB2为啥不是很关注这趟
移改直通车，都能走EB1A吗？那还叫EB1A吗？现在的移改形势似乎趋于明朗，也略呈乐
观，估计非移公民之路绝了，但是身份可以合法，倒是即给共和党在西裔人前卖了好，
还坏了民主党票仓的大计，而民主党也没有铁定的理由完全否定共和党的做法，毕竟移
民法律的现状是崩坏的，美国经济复苏，用人在即，不能不算现实的压力。来自保守派
的势力很强，要保饭碗，谁都不想别人来抢饭碗，但是这个理由也不是很站得住脚，国

选票。这两股势力对两个党的影响都比较平衡。所以，政策对合法移民有利还是有弊全
取决于出台的时候两股势力谁强谁弱。加州那些High Tech的公司都是民主党的金主，
为什么民主党会不care？

刚收到律师的信说140 终于批了!!!
4.18, 2014 交的 ,没有PP. 等了10个月!!其中各种催, 律师那是挤牙膏那样敷衍我不
肯给我开ALAS. 2月4号我忍不住自己上ＵＳＣＩＳ问, ６号收到系统答复让我等６０
天; ９号就批了.
律师真是没龟用.
