Since they all consume big amount of oil, they always hedge long side, usually
through future contract and/or options.
It is called BaoZhi, simply because if the oil price rocket up, their hedge postion
protect their operation oil cost at a fixed level, until all hedge postion are consumed.
If oil market going down, they always 'lose'--- on these hedge position.
But it is OK since their operation cost will down with oil price
