这位32岁的海归，今年6月才从美国芝加哥市返回中国。回国之前，他的悲剧毫无
征兆，似锦前程在等待着他。
然而9月17日凌晨2点，在留下了6页遗书后，他走上了他所居住的浙大综合楼顶楼
。他正在待业的妻子和3岁的孩子当时应该正在睡梦中，对即将发生的灾难浑然不觉。
可以确认的是，在浙江大学担任教职期间，几乎没有人预料到涂博士的非正常死亡

同性恋现象是在人类历史上，在各个文化当中普遍存在的一种基本行为模式， 虽然随
着文明的进步法律对同性恋日趋宽容，但同性恋现象中仍因某些方面存在社会危害性而
有罪与非罪的区分，原则性的限定主要有如下几点：（１）双方均应为成年人；（２）
双方均应出于自愿；（３）不在公共场合。一般情况下，符合这三点的同性恋行为将不
受法律追究，反之，将会受到严厉制裁，如果因此变态需要伤害他人健康甚至剥夺他人
生命，则更严重触犯刑律。对这两种同性恋犯罪行为的犯罪心理学方面的研究，至今仍
几乎是个空白，因此本文拟由其心理起因入手，探讨其矫治与预防方法，希望能在社会
实践与司法实践中起到一点微不足道的作用。
我们在研究中发现，潜意识在同性恋犯罪的形成过程中起着很大的作用，潜意识使他们
产生了“心理隔断”也就是通常意义的心理障碍，有时自身能感觉到这种潜意识外似乎
意识在起作用，但通常却没有人会去注意它。对造成同性恋犯罪的潜意识，我们简单归
纳为以下几类：失常性羞耻，异性恐怖，恋母情结形成潜意识后的影响，自恋情结导致

轻的研究者屠呦呦和张亭栋，分别在发现抗疟新药青蒿素和揭示砒霜化学成分三氧化二
砷对白血病的治疗作用的过程中起了关键作用。回顾四十年前开始的历程，不乏曲折和
反讽。青蒿素工作源于中国帮助越南抵抗美国，三氧化二砷源于观察、验证和改进乡村
中医的实践。虽然他们的药物挽救了世界上很多生命，两位研究者迄今未获国内外充分
肯定，屠呦呦有争议、张亭栋基本默默无闻。相关的文献埋没于冷僻的杂志和一般不易
看到的内部会议资料。基于原始中文论文、文件和采访，我们在此呈现这些发现的历史
