是 Z
这三项 X+Y-Z = W，W是initial deposit for escrow account。我以为已经帮我把六
个月的property tax给交了呢，打电话去问了说没交，说我escrow balance就只有W，
是扣掉aggregate adjustment之后的钱
这个aggregate adjustment是什么？ |

以加州的tax为例，如果loan是9月份close的，那么9月份收的六个月的tax reserve是
为了让银行有钱给你交12月份的那个tax due。你大概11月份去check一下就会发现税被
交掉了。其它州以此类推。
至于aggregate adjustment，这一项的数学意义在于使得X+Y-Z得到的“W”这个值在一
整年以后是完全和现在的“W"值一样。还是拿加州举例来说,9月份close，假设W值为
6000,X为360，Y为5200，那么Z（aggregate adjustment）就是440；一年以后，银行会
帮你付掉2个tax due和一个insurance premium due，这个时候你再看escrow account
里面剩的balance一定是等于W的。所以说，这个Z（aggregate adjustment）从W，X, Y
反推回来的。一般是几十到几百不等。当然，这里有个前提是home insurance premium

得到了大家的很多宝贵建议。综合考虑后觉得自己的protein是形成了aggregate，拖了
n久总算确认
了——见附件图。gel 是4% native PAGE，silver stain，lane 1/2/4是target
protein，
3/5是control（5是homolog，如果没aggregate的话target也该在那个position）。其
中lane
2/4加了0.1%/1%的triton，没区别。另外也试了DTT，也不行。真衰呀。。。
这个target是我side project必须要用的，而且要用大量。好不容易找到家便宜的，还
这么背。。
。还有什么方法可以搞掉这个aggregate吗？更狠的detergent？？请指教！//bow |

止二硫键生成的效果。用来打开已经形成的二硫键的话，你加到5mM甚至10mM再试试，
incubate个半小时到一小时的样子再跑胶。
另外，你的蛋白跑SDS胶是纯的么？
还有就是你的蛋白上样量明显太多了，少加一点。
还还有，上回你问的那个Reverse transcription的efficiency的问题，我帮你问过了
，他们都不做测试的，估计反正library够大。。。 |

可我的片子都是冰冻切片 没法做antigen retrievel 做完 很多小气泡在片子上
试了一下 染色后 可以看到细胞质内均匀着色的信号 但是别人的染色结果是很多dots
在细胞质中
难道人家用了specific的染色方法 看到了蛋白聚集？
还是我需要用60x油镜放大看看有没有dots？ |

先简要介绍一下燃烧知识，碳氢化和物不完全燃烧产物包含千百种不同成分。不论是烧
甲烷为主的天然气，还是以C8H18为主的汽油，还是C12H26为主的柴油，产生的成分都
是一样的，不同的只是各个成分的浓度。如果是富油燃烧，很容易形成碳颗粒（soot)
。碳颗粒刚形成的precursor particle大小只有2-3纳米，分子量大致为2000-5000之间
，然后迅速通过表面反应形成20-40纳米大小的颗粒（期间dehydrogenation过程导致碳
原子和氢原子比例达到9：1左右,基本上成为吸收光线最有效的blackbody黑体)，分子
量达到100万左右。在这个过程中碳颗粒之间通过碰撞agglomeration过程形成类似
fractal的aggregate，这种aggregate大小由具体燃油化学反应时间，包括氧化时间长
短决定，包含从几十个到几万个颗粒，由于是三维结构fractacal dimension 只有1.8
左右, 所以直径（radius of giration)从接近1微米到大于10微米都有。好的柴油机氧
