If someone do believe it and call the Canada police, how do they know it is
not a prank? It is one thing that the 911 call is from the same location
that the caller claim the emergency happens, it is another if the caller
does not know the potiential victim and solely based on some anonymous
person in the internet.

It's never going to get changed until the tibet/xinjiang situation really
blows up into a full scale rebellion. Then the government might remove such
policy in the aftermath. If nothing serious happens, then nobody will risk
their political neck to change a significant policy. Because any
instability that happens afterwards will be used as evidence of his

i have had a cough that has presisted for a few days now. Seems to happen

Unlike some said, I didn't expect free lunch. For this wire transaction, my
father was told by CCB he can't do $50K at once. $30K is the max so he has
to send another wire for $20K. For 2 seperate transactions hence two sets of
fees incurred. We are not happy about this policy.
