「史佩特兰集团」(Spectrum Group)的研究显示，美国最富裕阶级至少等到70岁才打算
退休，而低收入阶级和被视为生活丰裕(affluent)的阶级，希望的退休年龄则年轻得多。
该研究的民调询问年收入75万元以上的受访者：「你预期几岁退休？」约三分之一回答
：「70岁以上」。15%更表示，他们从未打算退休。
另方面，年收入10万元以下的受访者中，只有6%打算70岁后退休，同样比率的受访者说
从不打算退休，多数人打算65岁退休。

Affluent bankers and businessmen live and work in skyscrapers
deeply retreated from main roads in Midtown and Buckhead,
while blacks wondering on streets near the Peach Center in
downtown Atlanta.

据说是整个家族被人赶走了，没钱了，只能yard sale 处理家私了。
卖的是限量版本特利 兰博基尼 法拉利
我是早就听说中东（或者非洲）那些王子、皇亲贵族很有钱
但是还没联想到 yard sale 这一码，
真挺好玩的。
我记得南加的Newport Beach / Laguna Beach，
那时候我能连续看到3-4辆 本特利 呼呼而去
那个地带, 相当affluent
Anyway, 这些车子，在美国是$10万-$30万不等。
$30万在小地方能买个正经house；
在南加某些地带，也能买个foreclosure的房子了，再拾掇拾掇，蛮不错的了。
刚查了一下，在国内，这些车子至少都是￥300万，
换成美刀，一下就上到了$50万。
