公安部长陶驷驹将工人失业问题委诸境内外敌对势力串联插手
【中央社香港二十二日电】由于元老邓小平去世后，大陆政治、社会形势汹涌，中共高
层为此特别在最近举行分析治安情况的重要会议，“公安部长”陶驷驹在会上表示，阶
级斗争不但在一定范围内将长期存在，于特定条件下还会激化。
陶驷驹指出，邓小平死后，大陆境内外的敌对势力正积极串联，企图否定建设有中国特
色的社会主义理论。他们的主要策略包括：大肆鼓吹为六肆事件平反，并在失业工人和
离退休人员待遇、贫困地区人口等热门问题上制造事端。
例如今年六肆事件纪念日前后，大陆及海外民运人士相当活跃，纷纷以学术研讨为名，
举行多次聚会，企图歪曲邓理论，攻击现行的中共政策，并想插手一些社会问题。而北
京、四川、湖北、河北等多个省市，出现失业工人、离退休人员闹事的严重事件，都可
以看出邓后的形势并不平静。
其中四川绵阳下岗失事员工上街示威事件，因上海民运人士鲍戈同时致函“全国人大”
要求维护工人权利，而已被定性为境内外敌对势力企图利用下岗失业职工问题制造事端
的典型案例，将在适当时机采取行动因应。

这个机构是监督执法者的abuse权利的一个机构。比方说你吃了ticket，上庭也输了，
你可以到这个机构投诉给你开ticket的警察，会做书面记录之类的，然后这个警察就会
被监督起来，职业生涯上就会被记上这么一笔。如果反复遭到投诉，就会被fire掉。警
察们非常惧怕这个。
我刚吃过一张超速的ticket，绝对是警察的错误，明明是55的zone，他非要说是45。我
上庭后才发现，一个庭上至少有不少于3个人和我的ticket内容一模一样，来自同一个
警察，连超速的速度都一模一样。
法官很混，给我们全都判了有罪，估计是第一个那么判了，后面也不好改了。罚款我当
然是交了，法官判了，这个就不可避免了。但是我按照朋友的建议，给那个警察局的头
儿打了电话，留言说要找internal affair，结果几个头头都给我回了电话，说好话劝
我算了吧之类的，可见他们还是很怕的。

这个是自己吭哧吭哧翻译了很久的。。 有翻译的不妥之处请自行修正吧，呵呵
1，不同时期不同地方的结婚证可能内容不一样，比如前面有人的结婚证就有父母的名
字（和身份证？）
2，这个自己中英文对照翻译好之后找一个朋友签字就可以给uscis用了，具体看uscis
官网对于签字的那个附件attachment的要求

3，不放心的话，弄一个国内的公证，跟出生公证一样的，肯定好使，uscis的官大爷最

，後半段劇情直轉直下成八點檔的愛情肥皂劇，不過結局還是相當感人就是。本片主題曲
"An Affair to Remember" 優美動人，至今仍被傳唱。女主角的歌聲是由當年著名的電影
配唱者 Marni Nixon 配音的。片頭演唱版本則是由 Vic Damone 演唱。1993年的《西雅
圖夜未眠》大量引用本片，再度掀起話題。1994年又被重拍成《愛你想你戀你》。

很多元素，都能從蘇美爾及巴比倫時代的神話中找到，其中洪水故事甚至在細節及文字

米索不達米亞Mesopotamia是人類文明最早的發源地，那裡已知的最早的創建者是蘇美
爾民族Sumerian ，約在5000BCE掘起，約2000BCE被Amorites 殲滅，她的文化，包括語
言、神話等，被後來在該地及附近的其他民族繼承起來。
在19世紀，多國的考古學家都在美索不達米亞一帶發掘，出土了很多記有這些民族的神
話故事的雕像與泥板。根據考古學，這些雕像與泥板是約2000BCE-1000BCE時代的產物

金釘節145週年紀念活動
1869年5月10日當天，美國東、西部火車Union Pacific和Central Pacific在猶他州的
Promontory Summit交會，當以純金打造的鐵路軌道專用釘梢，象徵性的打下最後一釘
時，美國東西部正式相連，全美第一條橫跨美國大陸的鐵路正式完工。這是個家喻戶曉
的故事， 然而，卻鮮少人知道，其中有超過一萬一千多名華人勞工參與這項浩大的工
程。這條鐵路在美國歷史上有著不可抹滅的功勞，卻也有個鮮為人知的黑暗面。所有歷
