高科技，尖端科技多了，为什么航空发动机是工业之花？空间技术，火箭技术，核电技
术，微电子技术，都有各自的特点和难点，为什么他们不是工业之花？
我们来做个比喻，整个国家的第二产业（从冶金到制造到加工，设计）是一个金字塔，
航发就是这个金字塔的塔尖，它涉及到了基本上所有的工业和技术项目，并且要用到这
些领域的最高技术成就。其实，使航发技术的发展，在带动着整个工业的进步。
说到这里，想象一下，如果我们的航空发动机技术有一天独步全球，那我们就
TMD是不折不扣的超级大国，想不承认都不行。甚至都不必象美国人一样领先，只要我

俄罗斯航天署公告中说，该署成立委员会调查18日凌晨发射的“Express-AM4”卫星的
状况， 目前还没有与这个卫星建立联系。
当天，俄罗斯最新的“Express-AM4”通讯卫星使用“质子-M”运载火箭从拜科努尔航
天发射场发射。据初步资料显示，应该接通5次的“布里斯M”助推器已经接通4次，但

在波音新机型787陆续交付之际，10月24日，美国政府问责办公室（GAO）却在调查
报告中指出787型客机用于制造机身机翼的复合材料在使用与维修方面存在四个安全隐
患问题。
不久前，波音787客机正式交付到首个客户日本全日本航空运输公司（下称“全日
空航空”）手中。不过，22日，全日空航空发布航情通报称，原本定于26日载客首航的
787飞机在进行飞行训练时遭遇雷击。
另一方面，波音近日在中国市场亦遭遇退订尴尬。中国东方航空股份有限公司（下

－－波音787第一次中短途商业飞行是2011年10月26日全日空的东京羽田机场到香港的

其次，你给出的这个波音自己的中文官网上，他们大字说明了关键词：“非可见部分”
： 垂直尾翼后缘面板－－ 天津波音复合材料有些公司
注意是其中使用的材料。可以使用在包括波音787在内的多种波音飞机上。而这个波音
中文官网上实在找不出别的内容了的拿材料说事的忽悠中国人的做法，我说实话，如果
我们认真就自作多情了。
另外说到底，那还是波音中国的独资公司，而网上具体给出的波音787成品组件供应商
里，确实没有任何中国公司.
还有, 为什么美国不给ARJ21适航证，不是防着中国吗？
最后，中方曾经要求波音在北京奥运之前交货， 你说的试航证问题，那个时候存在吗
？也就是说你说的试航证问题确切吗？

[导语]：1986年3月，《中国高技术研究发展计划纲要》获得批示，这项计划就是促进
中国高新科技发展的“863计划”，在未来的15年内取得7个领域重要突破，其中航天技
术排在第二位，也就是“863-2”，其下确定了两个方向：第一，大型运载火箭与天地
往返运输系统，即204项目；第二，载人空间站及其应用，即205项目。1989年，863－
204专家组在《大型运载火箭及天地往返运输系统可行性及概念研究综合报告》中提出
了未来中国航天发展的“两步走”战略：要在2015年左右研制出两级水平起降的空天飞
机，以适应未来空间站大系统发展的需要。

这个问题在几年前曾经热烈讨论过。当时张召忠将军也认为弹道导弹就是按照预定轨道
飞行不可能打航母。他说的当然是一种传统的弹道导弹，即所谓惯性制导的导弹才是这
样按照预定导弹飞行的。
那么给弹道导弹加上末端制导是不是可以打击移动目标？
有个谚语说，理论是灰色的，而生活之树长青。弹道导弹也不是一成不变的，也在不断
发展。
现在有人说，导弹速度高精度就低，弹道导弹打航母是不可能的。对于那些只相信美国
人的朋友，我不妨举一个美国的例子，就是潘兴-II战术导弹。它的射程可达1800公里
，十二倍声速，它再入大气层之后做一次末端制导，圆周精度可以达到30米。注解1，
是从维基百科拷贝下来的，给虎落平原等网友扫扫盲。

果中國要執行相關規定，中國軍方將忙於應付日益增加的偵察與攔截需求。
路透27日報導，區域軍事專家和外交官說，中國的防空雷達網、偵察機和噴射戰鬥機要
廣泛巡邏面積約當三分之二個英國大的東海防空識別區，軍力將呈吃緊情況。
但有些人指出，即使中國只採取有限行動，也可能在這個緊張區域挑動神經，達到中國
對日本施壓的目的。
