major treatments, which generally last more than 2 years. Recovery is
generally very good in that age group, and specific prognosis will be
dependent on particular mutations that the cancer cells carry. Since the
treatment has been very successful for a lot of patients, the long term
adverse effect gradually unearth as patients grow up into adulthood, which
is something more and more being recognized. |

1) Try not to make up for the missed sleep during the day.
2) Do not use for bed for anything other than sleep or sex.
3) If you do not fall asleep in 30 mins, get up and do something, and try
again later.
4) If you get occasional insomnia (sleepless nights), hey welcome to the
adulthood. It is miserable the next day, but it doesn't mean you have a
problem. It is OK to miss a couple of sleeps every now and then. This is
common human phenomena. |

terms of its cause and treatment are less than satisfactory.
There is a couple points:
1) Tourette syndrome is more a social problem than a health issue,
especially in mild ones. The treatment is not necessary only when social
difficulty becomes concerning. Many people naturally get better after
adulthood. There are medicine that can alleviate symptoms, but not without
